Pyunkang Yul was one of my "gateways" into K Beauty too! I'm currently living their ATO blue line because when my rosacea acts up their ATO Cream Blue line soothes so quickly, especially the flushing. Such a beautiful feeling on the skin!

Happy New Year! I just got Disney plus and I binged watched the the 1st season of Only murders in the building. It's good!

We have literally used the Cavilon cream in the hospital that I work at for years, as a barrier cream for people who wear adult diapers. I have also enjoyed using it as a hand moisturiser for a long time. Fun to see it here in this video!

I was in love with an English series becoming Elizabeth, I like history and in particular English history, they are so good at acting and bringing the past alive . So, from the white queen, the white princess, the Spanish queen then more political¿ the wolf hall and of course the hollow crown don't miss them you will like them for sure

Three Pines on Amazon Prime. Just the scenery alone got me hooked. Also Jack Ryan.

I use the cavilion barrier cream for a moisturizing skin protectant when i use any skin adhesives since I’m type one diabetic. It is formulated to let adhesives stick to your skin which is great.

Hi Dr. Dray, could you please make a video on PPD or UVA-PF? Do only sunscreens with PPD 30+ have good UVA protection? Or is PPD 10 already sufficient for everyday use? Will sunscreens from La Roche Posay or Bioderma with those really high PPD numbers really make a huge difference?

I discovered barrier creams when my elderly mom was hospitalized, they really do wonders!

The eye cream in that Pyunkang Yul black seed line is incredible.

I am amazed at what a little extra treatment & hydration have done for my arm skin, which is starting the "raisining" process. I've been able to slow down the speed of aging signs dramatically. Lol I thought it was Dr who taught me that...

I'm curious to hear about your ballet days; how and why did you get started, what did you enjoy/not enjoy, why did you stop... Etc. For some reason ballet videos have been popping up on my IG and I'm enjoying that. I've bought tix to the Dallas ballet performance of Alice in Wonderland so we'll see how that is later this year. Obviously I enjoy your content so 👍👍👍

Happy New Year! Saw your mention on Etude House as I am looking for a replacement lip and cheek product. Then saw your Drunk Elephant insight. Not sure if you've covered it before, but would love it if you can make a video/shorts on those makeup/skincare hybrid products. Tennessee is beautiful❣️We went to a music festival, CaveFest, in October then on to Nashville and back to Asheville NC to tour The Biltmore Estate (as in the Vanderbilts, Anderson Cooper, ya know…)…then back home to Richmond VA. Really great trip‼️

Accepted an invitation from a dear friend to a weight loss workshop at a local church in about 1995 (before the Remnant Fellowship time) - it was the Weigh Down Workshop and Gwen still had normal hair. I didn't last long as she was quite strident and I was not engaged with her process. You are correct that Tennessee is a beautiful state - the eastern Smokey Mountains, the central plateau where Nashville/ Brentwood area is located, and we lived in the western part of the state which is flat Mississippi Delta land.

YOU are my MONTHLY FAVORITE to watch!

Happy new year! I always look for a good hand cream. I'm gonna try Cavilon. Have you tried Gloves in a bottle lotion, Dr Dray? I heard that's really good, but it's an expensive one 😅

I really like the bronze version of that drunk elephant product because I mix it with my moisturizer and apply all over the face but it's 34.00 so I switched to the loreal GLOTION for 13.00. It doesn't have the same skincare benefits but I have a pretty good skincare routine already.

We adored The White Lotus last month -- both seasons were GREAT.

Hey Dr. Dray, have you heard of the Youthforia BYO Color Changing Blush Oil? I think it got some traction on Tik Tok initially because it's one of those pH adjusting products and while it has some gimmicky claims, it caught my eye when I learned that it was touted by the founder as being primarily a skincare product and how they slept in it. I have the original "color" and of course it's going to adjust to a bright pink so not sure if you're into that, but thought I might throw it out there if you want to give it a go. It's available at Ulta now and it's fragrance-free :)

I've been using Aveeno eczema cream on my face. The Calm and Restore balm isnt available here. And the red spot on my face looks so much better.

It's probably fine. I'd check her video (or any of her barrier repair videos) how & when to use a barrier cream. She lists the 3M cream in that one.
