Around 2015 I bought my first bike for "₹4500" only which was a Hercules Dynamite it came with double suspension and power breaks... honestly saying I had no problem with it in 5 years..I changed cause now it was too small for me

Tire size doesn't matter. You bike frame play role on comfort. Also xl , x sides are different for every company. Specify in CM.
