I have the utmost respect for voice actors, especially after watching this show. The fact that all they had was a script and a microphone in the middle of a small studio, and were still able to show so much raw emotion, is super impressive.

We, the audience, know that Omni Man was the aggressor, but the oxidized blood on the suit doesn't prove that at all. A first strike can still be in self-defense.

Yes but if that’s the case, it sure is odd Nolan never went “yea the guardians attacked me and I had to defend myself” like their story they’re theorizing. Nolan said they were ALL attacked and he was the only survivor. That would make no sense if, as the evidence showed, he at least fought most of the guardians

They know he's lying about something and they talk about it like they've been discussing it for a while and she's already filled him in on everything. I think it's safe to assume that by this point in the show, Art knows everything Debbie knows.

That was my first thought. Nolan is faster than any of them except Red Rush. He could absolutely just dodge and counter in self defense. Obviously it's a stretch, but it's something they should have considered.

Although Art is technically right about “Nolan struck first”, if you rewatch the scene where he attacks the Guardians Nolan is actually the first one to get hit and bleed.

Although Omni-Man did start it, he did get struck first when Dark-Wing threw his exploding boomerangs at him. Omni-man tried to hit the Immortal but ultimately missed so although he started it, he didn't strike first. @@Andres.Jarrin

I think the fact they're mistaken about Nolan drawing blood first, as so many pointed out, is actually a clever idea by the writers. It's like they're keeping in mind that they don't have the omniscient viewpoint we do about what happened, they come to their own conclusions, in particular on what they already suspect, even if they're right for the wrong reasons.

Imagine being the strongest being on the planet but your small, human wife puts you in the doghouse lol

2:07 Actually Arthur is wrong here. Nolan didn’t (successfully) strike first. Red Rush was the first to land a *direct* strike on Omni Man. Albeit Omni Man was the first to draw blood.

We know what happened but if we're talking about oldest blood on the fist, it could be someone else struck first but wasn't able to strike blood so Omni man strike back and was able to get blood That would cause the same result

@@bs13_harrz37 Yes and quite easily to be honest. BB fought Thragg who prior to post “Invincible” is the strongest Viltrumite to ever live. And their battle was an insanely brutal and graphic battle that lasted days on end with Thragg barely surviving, and against a BB who handicapped himself to make it fair.

I love the detail of him genuinely despairing and being torn up about the fact that she’s seen through his lie and hates him for it. The way he talks to Mark later, you’d think it meant nothing to him, but it’s genuinely painful for him to deal with because he knows he can’t hide his true self anymore and the life he had with Debbie is gone. The writing in this show is something else.

I think he was lying about wanting her to find it. I think he figured if he was seen dumping garbage on the other side of the world, Cecil would have someone recover it. Same if he threw it in his own trash. And taking it to space wouldn't work either becauae Cecil would notice if he did and question him. In the house was the safest place for it and it never would have been a problem if Darkblood and Cecil hadn't shown their suspicions.

If you slow it down frame by frame when Nolan catches the bottle, there are 2 bottles for a split second to help the motion blend better. Or maybe it's an animation error? I wouldn't think so.
