    Justice is not relative. But family ties sometimes demand unjust treatments (either favoritism or unreasonable demands). This is encouraged by society and government on the one hand, then contradicted and denounced when it's called nepotism. This is a mincing of words and views that prevails, both in the household and in the public domain
