Let’s not forget that Tyson himself admitted that one of the toughest opponents he ever faced was Cunningham, another slick cruiser weight. He almost knocked Fury out and it shook Fury. Usyk is far quicker and slicker than Cunningham. Despite what Fury says, Usyk is the biggest fight of his career.

Absolutely no doubt, Fury is ducking Usyk and AJ. It's a pattern now. AJ sets up fights with other top fighters without any issue, but when it comes to Wilder and Fury, there's always a problem, especially when the talk is about fighting other top fighters. Fury should be stripped off his WBC title if he doesn't fight Usyk next.

He also went immediately into the rematch, something again which many people advised him not to do. He hasn't fought Wilder because Wilder won't fight him, Wilder and his team have all admitted they were offered £120m for 3 fights, 1 of the 3 being AJ, but they turned it down. You can't fight someone that doesn't want it. Open your eyes.

Chisora gave usyk a load of problems and so did Tony bellew who was actually keeping up with usyks pace when he well past his prime. Boxing maths doesn't work that way if I'm being honest you can't look at past fights to dictate present ones but I get what your saying about fury not looking as untouchable as he used to be

Usyk being a southpaw is such a problem. I do think Fury beats him but I don’t say that with certainty. We are now on March 7th and I can’t see this fight happening unfortunately. I would love to be wrong.

Fury is physically having issues. His jab has declined over the last 3 fights. Watch how little he can extend his arms fully to utilize his superior reach. He now sort of steps into half jabs. He jabbed fantastically during Wilder 2, using the full extension of his arms but it all but disappears afterwards. I think we are now witnessing a fairly steep physical decline and Usyk is best placed to capitalise. He knows this, too, and is looking to keep the mystique alive as much as he can by selling the public on other less risky fights that can be spun as legacy defining.

@@liamjones9115 When Fury first fought Wilder he had just come back into boxing, and didn’t have much pressure to beat Wilder. There weren’t any expectations on Fury. Not only that, but Wilder is just a one trick pony. That’s all Fury had to do was avoid Wilder’s power punch. Usyk is the #1 P4P boxer in the world currently. He’s beaten the likes of Gassiev, Briedis, Glowacki, Huck, Michael Hunter, and moved up to heavyweight and beaten AJ twice. At this point, Fury has a lot to lose when fighting Usyk, so it’s really not that hard to understand why he doesn’t want to fight him.

As for not alot to lose?
