My money is on Deathstroke. Dead Shot is talented but Deathstroke is above his weight class. Between his speed, reflexes, skill, healing factorand tactical genius, Deadshot is outmatched here in my opinion.

I don't think Deathstroke is so much more faster than Deadshot. Both are able to dodge gun fire and such. However Deathstroke is definitely much stronger, able to rip steel apart. He is also a master combat artist able to go against the very best in martial art (including Batman) which sets him apart from Deadshots basic military melee know how. I mean Deadshot is not totally bad at close combat, he won't go down instantly but it won't take long either. But most importantly, Deathstroke is also much smarter than Deadshot. His ability prepare and tactical analyses is not so far behind Batman himself. This alone makes Deathstroke>Deadshot in my opinion.

@@Kira-lm4to Batman Rebirth Volume 4 shows a gunfight between Deathstroke and Deadshot that apparently lasted well over a day. Deathstroke held his own against the best marksman in DC for entire DAYS. Deathstroke also took down the entire justice league minus Superman on his own. Later on he would fight Superman and live in Deathstroke Rebirth after he got a suit from Dr. Ikon that absorbed his punches. Deadshot almost died with the whole Suicide Squad at the hands of the League in "Justice League vs. Suicide Squad" Deadshot is simply not capable of the things Deathstroke is.

typical day I see what ur saying but you have to remember that deadshot is also prolific in ranged and Melee weapons and don’t forget he is an expert in boxing jujitsu karate judo kickboxing Krav Maga and other various styles of now fighting as well I personally feel like that shop would take it and I’m not just saying that because he’s my favourite assessing in the DC universe

Deathstroke is in par with Deadshot in terms of accuracy and gun skills, but in overall he is more better. Strength, durability, agility, experience, speed, versatility, fighting skills and healing factor. So, Slade wins hands down. His armor can take all bullets and even if he somehow could be hit by Deadshot's bullets - he can take it too and heal it. Plus he already fought against Deadshot and showed him who's a real world greatest assassin.

Go for his left eye....Slade grew a heart, but, can he grow his eye back? Plus, Deadshot is surgical with his guns just as Slade is with his sword. Deadshot knockout (not killed) Echantress with a bullet shot too her head. That kind of precision is inhuman compared to Slade uses with gun's. Besides, Slade only problem is? He never suspect characters he face to target his eyes like Batman did when he beat him. As many times Deadshot fought Deathstroke. He has the experience to probe his weaknesses and use it against him. Too me, Deadshot wins 3 out of 10.

Deathstroke can healing is highly underrated by danco he’s survived being shot 9 times has got stabbed in the heart and fall stories high and survived he’s regenerated his eye before than ripped it out again cause he fights better with 1 eye. He’s got shot multiple times in the torso and regenerated in seconds. He had his heart split in half and regenerated in seconds. If wolverines healing factor is 100 deathstrokes is atleast 55
