No-one ever deserves such a Death as he did, but it's Life, and it's what makes the World whole. Just think, his Death created a new one, and I'm sure he'd be pleased at how his Music has been respected and how much of an influence he was.

This man lived for what he did in life! This man loved music more than anyone else! This man gave his life for what made him alive, his music. I know that you're in a better place, maybe far away for what you love, but close in their/our hearts and souls. No matter how long is the sadness for your loss. Sometimes we need you to make this "tired" scene stronger and better like when you're with us. But your passion and power will be always in what we listen. We Miss you "Evil" Chuck! always... \m/

First of all i have been a death fan since the mid nineties and i have read all the stuff on wikipedia, all of his interviews about this particular tour and album and his mothers comments on emptywordsdotorg and i know for a fact that he himself said that his voice didnt have anything to do with any dicease. Its the same with all singers the voice changes. And seriously just look at him in this video he looks pretty damn awesome. Pretty muscular and some bodyfat.

I look down at the end of this comment list on this page, and CyanideInk, nolanb21, you're both right, this song was made at the beginning of his career, and is an amazing song. And if you didn't know, Chuck played lead guitar, rythm guitar, AND bass for the entire Scream bloody gore album.
