Good thing that people like the ones who are watching this video have the balls to embrace great bands like Death.

Why not? They are both great bands and were seriously talented, its not like I was saying one was better than another, I was simply saying I wish I was born earlier so I could have seen my two favorite bands. :)

It's because Chuck didn't worry about looking cool. He was a REAL person. Lived life HIS way. And for that he IS cool and IS the metal legend we all know and love. He will forever be remembered RIP CHUCK!

I just played at the whiskey, i was stoked. But even cooler than the fact that i was playing there was that i knew i was standing where chuck was right here. Cool story about this show was that Live in LA was my first death cd i got when i was 13 or so and it was was performed on my birthday (December 5th) in 2000 or 99 i think, and it was the only southern california show in driving distance from me. I would have been like 11 or 12 years old at the time. Anywho, RIP CHUCK YOUR A LEGEND NOW!

I remember when i was in that shop. I wanted to discover new bands, so i asked to the guy, HEY ! what kind of DVD could you advice to me ? He immediately say, "DO YOU KNOW DEATH ?" so back in time, i was a big noob and answer naively "NO". He say to me, "buy this man, you won't regret it". AND WHAT SHOULD HAPPENED ACTUALLY HAPPENED. I FALL IN LOVE WITH DEATH.

This is just incredibly impressive. I keep coming back to this.

Got to hand it to Chuck: years later, this stuff is still just so entertaining! He's one of the best ever. I met him at a show in DC, nice guy of course,now makes me sad: why all the songs about despair? That's what the world is like without Jesus, wish I had the chance to tell him again. The Hope is there in the Book!

Remember these ones... Exodus' "Exhibit B", New Testament album, Sepultura's "A-lex", New Overkill album and Kreator's "Hordes of Chaos". "Endgame" was Megadeth's best album of the 2000's without any clear doubting. Tons of other upcoming and new releases I've forgot about..

He was one of the first people to do vocals this way as the main feature of the music instead of singing. No genre of modern metal has their own "voice". They have certain characteristics, but no specific voice. I could sound like Isahn but do vocals in a metalcore band if I could do it melodically.
