Не хочется признавать, но это правда так. Это какие-то Led Zeppelin дэт-металла: безумный грув, какие-то невероятные мелодии, постоянные контрасты и при жизнелюбивые тексты, воспевающие человеческий опыт. Слушал вчера, вспоминал, как покупал их диски в 2000-2002, осмыслил, сколько всего поменялось за это время. Спасибо Чаку, да.

Nah, closing to the end the guitars arent very audible, same with the bass, still great mixing for a death metal concert

christy, hoglan and reinhert are all stellar drummers but if we get legit about great drummers in this type of metal, bet u havent checked out the dying light or ripping corpse or first 2 dim mak lps... brandon thomas was next level death metal drumming since 91, eventhough im a guitarist but been listening drums since 11 years old, btw i have no studies or expertise, but always pay deep attention to drums on any rock or prog or metal or sick stuff whenever i get a chance.

@@4mper619 еще не знал. Он узнал свой диагноз в день своего 32 летия -13 мая 2000 года. Но во время этого турне у него уже начались боли, здесь на ютубе есть любительская съемка не концертов а просто как музыканты время проводят, и там в один момент он хватается за шею и корчится от боли. Как он сам говорил в интервью - первое время он думал что у него защемило нерв и лечился именно от этого.

The saddest part is that Death is not mainstream music so chuck will never be in the hall of fame, even tho he’s is the pioneer if not the creator of a whole new genre

Richard Christy is a beast. Having to cover not only Gene Hoglan but also Sean Reinert. Simply breathtaking. One of the things that I loved about Chuck was that he seemed to encourage technical insanity in his music. And the drum parts from Human onward exemplified this greatly! Thank you Chuck for all the great music. You were taken way to early.

God damn. Chucks vocals on Spirit Crusher are just brutal!!! Man, I miss this band.

I could have seen this tour, in Philadelphia. I was 14-15 at the time and was going with some dudes I just started playing in a band with who were like 19-20. My mom didn't let me go...I made sure to give her a hard time when Chuck passed away.
