Yeah. Galactus with the Nullifier alone was generally agreed upon to be too much for Unicron, that he wouldn’t even need his Life Bringer Form, and then they add a new version that makes his other forms even lesser. It’s such a stomp in Galactus’ favor at this point it doesn’t even matter.

@@AppleGreenApple In Fantastic 4 Vol 6 Issue 45 Galactus is fused with the Destroyer armor and becomes the Destruction. He feeds on an M'kraan Crystal otherwise known as "The Nexus of all Realities" and as a result they defuse and Galactus became so powerful he no longer needs to feed. So it can be assumed that: 1. Galactus is well-fed all the time 2. Galactus is far above his usual Outerversal tier now

I actually think Unicron could pull a win since Unicron can possess and mess with the soul, and Galactus has been possessed before in the comics. I've also heard that the Matrix, which has been used against Unicron, can also erase entities from existence (correct me if I'm wrong) and could potentially be used as a counter to prove Unicron can resist the Ultimate Nullifier.

I'm just saying that if the Matrix is comparable to the Nullifier, it would be made redundant. It's just a thought. I would not be surprised if they bring up the Matrix in the post-analysis either proving Unicron can put up with something like the Nullifier or arguing that it won't be enough. I'm still leaning towards Galactus as the winner.

I just hate the scaling they used in guts vs dimitri. ( don’t know anything about guts but sm a huge fire emblem fan and their stats for dimitri were ridiculous.) If their logic was applied to someone like wolverine, his power would be scaled to thanos’s greatest durability feat for wounding hom or to hulk’s strongest opponent’s durability feat despite wolverine consistently losing to street tiers. Rhea didn’t even survive 66 gigatons of tnt. The javelins were highly inconsistent and the ones that hit rhea weren’t even 8 tons of tnt and just terrible to scale another character by whose greatest actual feat of destruction is breaking wooden barricades. And don’t even get me started on how they scaled their speed

Given their scale of Megatron I would say Galactus (especially with how they went with Superman and DC’s cosmology), though with what they (offhandedly) said about Unicron way back in Optimus vs Gundam they deadass may use the (confirmed multiple times canonically) multiversal scale for Unicron. I want to say Unicron but I’m betting Galactus based on Marvel Cosmology.

Fun Fact, Unicron is actually responsible for the creation of the Marvel Multiverse itself. The original marvel transformers story of Unicron saw him being created by The One Above All right after creating the universe, with the intention of Unicron to explore and catigorize everything. But Unicron soon became corrupted and greedy and sought to consume everything instead. After consuming the entire universe it triggered the Big Bang that created the Multiverse as a whole. And since the Transformers were a part of the Marvel Universe at the time, that includes all the Mervel universes as well.

Galactus was a being before the big bang another being who is a pure evil and destruction fused with him before the big bang that created marvel and transformers is originally Japanese before American if I remember correctly so it might be the American version who pulled that

Galactus will win because the power cosmic is the most broken power in comics. He can travel through time, manipulate matter, warp reality and pretty much do anything that you could imagine. During Annihilation, Galactus was being drained dry by the Annihilatus and Thanos, who turned him into a weapon. While starving, Galactus was still able to completely destroy the Annihilation wave, an army capable of wiping out an entire universe with one blast. He's also the survivor of a dead universe and was able to defend Dormammu and Mephisto in their own realms, where they are essentially omnipotent Gods. Ultimately, Galactus could turn Unicron into a massive stone, pure energy or even a cluster of butterflies. He can even increase his own size until Unicron is a marble in his hand. His matter manipulation and reality manipulation have no bounds. I fully expect Galactus to either devour Unicron or just devour his spark and turn his body into a new ship.

That's not true, Reed knew little to nothing about Galactus when he first threatened him with the weapon. The Ultimate Nullifier is supposed to be an analogy for nuclear war. Press a button and it causes unmitigated destruction. Knowledge has never been a requirement for its use.

What a season indeed, and what a choice for the Season 10 Finale. The Death Battle IS REAL!!!! Jokes aside, finally happy to see this match happen. I do not know who will win as these two are powerful world eaters, but I think it is their abilities and one shot moves to decide the winner. Awesome prediction video, and man we got the best Christmas gift ever from Death Battle. Question: Since THE fight has finally came true, what comes next after since the 200 is near? I hope it's Ruby Vs Maka as I think it needs to happen now since RWBY is basically done in terms of the show.

I wanna say Unicron has a chance since Dark Energon would probably be considered a deadly enough poison to give Galactus some serious food poisoning I don't think he can just shrug off. If he's give enough of his multiversal singularity status to survive getting one body eaten, Galactus could spell his own doom. That said, I don't know if Unicron has any real defence against the Ultimate Nullifier, and if he doesn't then yeah he's kinda screwed. But hey, he might consider it a pyrrhic victory if Galactus has to take out the multiverse to put down a multiversal singularity like Unicron.

Looks like Season 10 theme was Fans Dream MU (most of it if we not included Cole vs Alex and Bill vs Discord) like Stitch vs Rocket, Guts vs Dimitri, Gojo vs Makima, Rick vs Doctor and Galactus vs Unicron at the same time some sick fight almost all episodes. Hope season 11 will continue this trend kind of episodes.

I honestly believe this fight hinges upon if Unicron will be measure pre- or post-Shroud. Since they’ve stated they want to measure characters at their strongest, pre-Shroud Unicron was a multiversal entity where all versions of him are one and the same. That, plus his apparent lack of weaknesses puts a few points in his favor. But I think what gives him the ultimate edge is that Galactus is a mortal made into a god, while Unicron is a concept, an embodiment of darkness and evil. As long as there is chaos and invasive thoughts, he will live on. But at the end of the day, this fight will be EXTREMELY close no matter the victor.

BTW when are going to be in Death Battle Cast

Galactus should win. Much higher stats and scaling, basically equal in skill and experience, has a weapon literally designed to kill conceptual entities to where even the very idea of them is erased, etc. What few advantages Unicron _can_ be argued to have can just as easily be argued for Galactus having what he needs to deal with them.

This is a battle you can’t put numbers on, so it really comes down to characters they’ve fought and the cosmology of their respective verses. I’ve done a lot of research on this matchup, and I believe the winner is pretty straightforward According to Vector prime, transformers cosmology has 11-21 higher dimensional planes that Unicron’s true form is above. Definitely impressive, but nothing compared to Marvel’s infinite higher dimensional planes that Overspace sits above, and Galactus has stalemated the In-betweener, an entitiy from overspace, something death battle themselves mentioned in Martin Manhunter vs Silver Surfer Let’s give Unicron the maximum benefit of the doubt, and assume both cosmologies are equal. That still doesn’t matter, as Unicron is only half of Primalcron, who is essentially the Eternity of Transfomers, with the other half being Primus. Galactus on the other hand is treated as Eternity’s equal at his peak. His origin was that he was the result of a human merging with the Eternity of a previous multiverse. On occasion, he has even been treated as superior to eternity. Such as when he stalemated Classic In-betweener who was stated superior to both lady death and eternity, or when it was stated Galactus was the only one able to create the 10th cosmos, which included Multiversal eternity, and he did. Even if you want to argue that Galactus isn’t on par or superior to eternity, he is usually in possession of the ultimate nullifiyer, which killed Multiversal eternity.

I think you missed some tiny details about Unicron's existence there is a quote about how Unicron can't be killed for good and it goes like this "As long as hate exists, so is Unicron" this could be a metaphor but given that unicron is an absolute embodiment of chaos I don't see why that quote could mean literally so in a way Galactus has to love unicron to death lmao.

While I would’ve preferred Light vs Columbo, partially for the novelty of the godlike forces of nature Goku and Superman being right before “smart dude vs smart dude with a magic notebook”, but this was easily in my top 10 most wanted matchups. Mostly because I think Galactus is stupid awesome. And him winning would be the pièce de résistance of what many, including me, consider the best season of Death Battle by far.

Will they use a specific continuity of unicron? like how they specifically used g1 continuity for megatron or they will composite all continuity?

This might be the best Death Battle season.

I am happy that 3 hasbro match up happened in 1 season of deathbattle

If this comic book unicorn i wonder if there are going to consider his wiping out Galaxies by simply moving ability 🤔

I'm betting the track's gonna be very galactic, sci-fi ish like Wubba-Lubba-Allons-Y and covered by Therewolf after all, Brandon needs to rest his vocal chords after that glorious track we just had.

Two points: One: this is one of the rare battles where I love both combatants and have no clue if one has a clear edge over the other. And I don’t care and ultimately hope that they just give us a good show this time around. Two: I’m glad that they didn’t make this battle in an earlier season. Previous seasons, especially the earlier ones, were all over the place in terms of quality and analysis. But this season? From what I’ve seen they’ve been firing on all cylinders on just about every front. Take Bill-Cord for example: if they were used in an earlier season then DB probably would have come up with some bogus excuse for why one deserved to win over the other and/or would have let it end with an unsatisfying outcome.

So what you are saying is, this is just Rick vs the Doctor fatality but massive?

Wow, so they're finally doing this episode now?! This next time is gonna be another one of those matchups where the characters sit so high in power relative to everyone else in their respective franchises that stats like attack power, durability, speed, etc. become equalized. And considering their ridiculous survivability feats, the winner is most likely going to boil down to the smaller details. I agree that Galactus' best wincon is the ultimate nullifier. The most comparable thing in the Transformer's universe is the matrix of leadership which I've heard is also capable of erasing entities from existence like the nullifier. Admittedly, I don't know if this is legit or not but even then I believe it only effects Unicron's avatars and not his true form. That said, I'm not sure if Galactus would want to pass up the opportunity to spice up his diet and try some Cybertronian like the time he consumed Dormammu. In which case, Galactus would risk being corrupted by Unicron in the process since we know Unicron is able to possess and tinker with the sparks or souls of transformers. I can definitely see this being an avenue that Death Battle can go down since it's implied that Galactus was possessed by the Necrosword after Old King Thor stabbed Galactus with it. But at the same time, it's been stated that Galactus was beyond the power of the soul stone and the power cosmic is stated to displace/modify the soul. Plus, Galactus himself is also capable of messing with souls. We'll just have to see Death Battle's take on things two weeks from now lol.

I know Silver Surfer has been stated to be able to "track a stray atom across countless galaxies" and Galactus should have a similar sense of awareness. I don't know about Unicron's level of cosmic awareness, but I'd assume they'd be comparable. In any case, I'm not sure if they'd be able to immediately catch on to each others capabilities and all that in just a short confrontation since they've consistently been caught off guard and defeated by non-omniscient characters. And I wouldn't be surprised if they both had resistances to mind-reading and similar abilities from each other.

This fight exists Meanwhile the Avengers and the Autobots meet up and are like… So, should we do something about this? Jokes aside, I am so freaking excited for this episode, I genuinely think this is the best season of Death Battle yet, Death Battle May have viewed the characters they talked about at their peak, but we have all just seen Death Battle at their peak And I noticed something, we started this season with the two smallest characters Death Battle have ever reviewed (Ant-Man VS Atom), and now we’re ending this season with the two biggest characters Death Battle have ever reviewed (Galactus VS Unicron), I guess size really did matter this season Also, Y0UR0NLYMATE went through a similar thing back in season 7 and season 8, he made a video talking about his top 10 most wanted fights from Death Battle midway through Season 7, and 4 of them were Zuko VS Shoto Todoroki, Flash VS Archie Sonic, Hulk VS Broly, and Blake VS Mikasa, and wouldn’t you know it, those 4 fights did in fact end up happening

I have a little doubt about the fight So, Galactus can destroy Unicron on a conceptual level but it is known that if Unicron is destroyed then existence collapses due to the death of the balance of all things, don't get me wrong, I don't think Galactus wouldn't survive that but... He would eventually die of hunger given that there are no more planets to consume as existence has collapsed? What's more, if he destroys Unicron then no one in all of existence will be able to feel bad again?

Unicron is everywhere in the multiverse as long as he is inside the multiverse meaning that Galactus wouldn’t be able to know his concept ideas nor existence. Unicron has stronger telepathy so Galactus will be confused to fight Unicron.

As a transformers fan my main problem is that half the characters are just giant metal people in war where the best thing they have is a gun or some melee sure they sometimes have flight, beast instincts, and etc but thats just it the reason optimus won against a gundam was because it was a controlled robot while he was the robot

Going off of Donny Cates's Thor run, I think Unicron will win. During that run, Thor killed Galactus in one of his most powerful forms by literally taking all of the power Cosmic from Galactus, and used him as a bomb to kill the Black Winter. I think Unicron can do the same. Plus Galactus doesn't really use the Ultimate Nullifier. It's usually Reed Richards that uses it. I think Unicron will absorb the entire power Cosmic from Galactus and explode him like a bomb to insure him the victory.

Or perhaps Galactus absorbs Unicron as he did with Dormammu and Misa gorath, a being who was on the level of the Living Tribunal. That's not to mention that the ultimate Nullifier can literally start the Marvel Multiverse and kill off concepts like Eternity.

If my memory serves me right. Galactus can use the Ultimate Nullifier whenever he wants. Like when he did it to eliminate abraxas from existence, a being who was marrying avatars of Galactus.

This is going to be difficult to say who going to win they are considered to be omnipotent to this point in their Franchise but it all comes down to who can counter who. Unicron may be hard to even damage him except for those who possessed the Matrix of Leadership so I think Galactis may to go all out to get a win.

I legitimately thought that the finale was going to be Joker VS Giorno Giovanna (Persona VS Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure) I’ve never been so happy to be wrong

Unicron should win and I’m rooting for him, I am so hyped for this fight

I’ll cover a few things- For one, Unicrons true form was hidden by Primus, who needed to off himself in order to do so. This is why Unicrons avatars reign across the multiverse. This was covered by Ramjet, Unicrons avatar, stating that Unicron is bound by nothing save for his physical forms. While the ultimate nullifier, in concept, should work, it’s a HUGE NLF. To cover more, Vector Prime, the keeper of time and space, and someone who could easily rep all of Galactus feats without any struggle, stated Unicron won’t even acknowledge him. Then there’s Unicrons fight with Primus in the astral plane, which was a dimension which is above the standard multiverse in the tree of life (I’ll mention that next), essentially, it’s a higher dimensional plane that even higher dimensional beings, like Alternity, cannot access. Finally, Unicron scales above the tree of life. To sum it up, you know how the Marvel Multiverse is like, super huge like Transformers? All that, is at the very bottom of the tree of life. There are ten layers above the main multiverse, with the Crown being the Allspark (AKA Primus) Unicron already beat Primus, and was stated many times stronger than him. Death Battle will definitely make Galactus win, they’ve yet to show they understand transformers to the extent they can rep them correctly, but with actual proper feats and scaling, Unicron can solo a majority of Marvel, on his own.

@@BaithNa It’s overrated, Unicron has resistance to everything it offers, and has mad beings like Rainer far more powerful than any of Galactus herolds

I hope Unicron wins, with what was said in this video I worry, but think there is a possible counter to the ultimate nullifier. Can it be reflected? If so, I feel Unicron could maybe redirect it to erase Galactus, but I slightly doubt the thing would work anyway, because I'm not sure it could erase chaos itself, like a concept isn't the same as a universe, it is an idea, and so long as there is chaos, there is Unicron, and even if all is gone, if Galactus remains, I'd say he is fairly chaotic. I think mind stuff won't work on machine, and if Galactus can't get Unicron from the start (e.g. they are too fast to hit) they could, like you said, drain his power, or straight up starve Galactus. You did say full power Galactus likely wins, but if Unicron can prolong the fight, he could starve Galactus, I don't think Unicron has that same weakness. Overall I do see the points being fair, but think Unicron could pull the win if Galactus can't finish him off quickly enough.

Galactus doesn't need the ultimate nullifier, he can accomplish the same feat through the Power Cosmic alone. Also in the Annihilation comic, Galactus was nearly completely drained and was still able to wipe out the entire Annihilation Wave.

I'm kinda betting on Unicron, but I don't think he has anything to counter the UN, yes, he's supposed to be immortal against anything but the Matrix of Leadership, but it doesn't matter when Galactus can just whiff him out of existence I guess you can pull out the "Marvel is just a part of TF" card, which would end up placing Unicron above Galactus, but I don't feel comfortable using that argument, plus I don't even think they would use that anyways

I genuinely think Unicorn would/should win EXCEPT if the Ultimate Nullifier is at play, which it should be 'cause Galactus created it. Like I feel bad for Unicorn, he takes all the stats and win this but the Nullifier is just too fucking busted.
