Deadshot Origin - The Deadliest Marksman In The World, Man Who Nevers Misses Or Breaks In Pressure
“Worst part of it is they are going to blame us for the whole thing. And, they can’t have people knowing the truth. We are the patsies. The cover-up. Don’t forget, we are the bad guys,” said the man who was once paid a pretty hefty amount to execute a very difficult assassination. A part of the task had him carve out the heart of his victim and sent it over to the client. We are talking about Deadshot here, one who is also known as ‘The Exterminator’, ‘Assassin-for-Hire’, ‘Human Arsenal’, ‘The Man Who Never Misses’, ‘Serial Killer Who Takes Credit Cards’ and ‘The World’s Top Marksman’. Born as Floyd Lawton, the man behind the laser-eye mask may not be a meta-human but hey, that does not stop him from being the world’s deadliest marksman.
Mark our words when we say, Deadshot does not just tag his targets, he nails them and with utmost precision. His exceeding levels of fitness as well as training makes him do the impossible - we are talking about ducking an approaching headshot while pulling one off himself at the same time. Deadshot had the potential to be one of the most compelling characters in the DC Universe if writers would focus more on the fact that he doesn’t feel emotions, since he doesn’t feel, at least not in some comics.

@@Auron1Roxas2 the fact that joker and zsasz refuse to deal with him speaks volumes. But had you read any of dc before new 52 and before gail simone changed him, you would know he is far more dangerous than deathstroke, kgbeast, deadline, nkvd, gunhawk, confessor.

@@Auron1Roxas2 during the blackest night event, the black lanterns can see which emotions dominate people. The color spectrum (green, blue, red, yellow, magenta, orange). In deadshot, they saw him as fucking silhouette. He has a violent deathwish and intense martyr complex and very extreme psychopathic tendencies

Dead shot is pretty cool he is essentially bullseye though. Not sure who came first but I like dead shot more myself regardless. I imagine he came first only because DC is usually the first when it comes to this stuff.

Yeah. Deadshot would definitely draw the line at kids, but women? Nah he knows some women out there have it coming to them.

Gail simone ruined deadshot when she added him to the secret six. Then he was changed again in the new dc bullshit and yet again in the movie. He was a cold, emotionally unstable killing machine. Ostrander knew him him best.
Deadshot shouldn't be considered a villain even though he got started as a vigilante killer, he was also a man of principle for the most part. However Batman should be a villain taking into account that he only began his supposed heroism after the death of his parents after a night on the town; so if his parents weren't killed he would have most likely just taken over Wayne enterprises and gone on to be the billionaire play boy he was. Don't get me wrong I can understand his initial reasoning for wanting to get justice for the death of his parents, but after a while Batman didn't seem to be interested in justice he was out to punish as if he were judge, jury and executioner.

Deadshot was played well by Will Smith, even though we haven't seen the Ayer Cut. I'm honestly glad that he wasn't in that shitty studio squad movie, even if they replaced him with an inferior character.
