Ah, so cool! I will use your tip on the black part of the mask, as that's the part I have trouble with on my mask! It's just fabric, and tight around my eye (eyelashes pop out, yay). Thanks for making the video!

Yaa Finished mine! about 40 of the views on here are me just coming back and forth to look at things as i was going through the process. My head is football shapped so it had to be 30% tall, but skinner, so i had alot of extra stuff left over in the back. After some adjustments i got it looking cherry. Still need to do the white in the eyes, but i'm liking it alot the way it is. wayneweigel Instead of clay i used Delight Air Dry Modeling compound. It was very light weight. It's hardened stage feels almost like a spongy Styrofoam. This worked out nice for me, because the glue wasn't sticking between the spandex red and mask. The Delight was so light weight that i was able to sew through it, allowing my to sew the red on the black part of the mask. Had to hand stitch it, but i think it look awesome like this.

Wow, this is the most accurate mask I've ever seen for DP by far! I'm gonna "try" to do it your way but I have a feeling it won't come close. Trial and error I suppose!

Wow that video was helpful no one else shows you the measurements so it just leaves you to guess work i've been looking for a mask that has the pointed it on the head and they just don't seem to exist so i end up using hands so i cosplay as dapper deadpool with the full suit and bowler hat

What type of clay do you use? As in what brand, what would you recommend?

The piping is just good for making a nice edge in the eyes? I'm going to follow this tutorial because it is the best. I just need to know one thing. Is the piping sewn, so that it is in the middle of the seam on the top of the mask?

Hey! Greatest Deadpool tutorials so far! Love your work! I've made one of that using your template and your instruction, but.... It looks like my head is twice as big as your head.. the dingly thing hanging on top of my head... sigh.. Could you tell me how to resize your template? many thanks!

If only I was good enough to sew them in mass quantities, I'd definitely sell them. But I'd make to much mistakes and wouldn't feel good about selling messed up masks.

Started making one the other day and came across some clay cracking problems- slathering that baby in layers of mod podge after repairing and it seems to be holding together just fine, despite continuous cracking underneath it. Just a heads up as a possibility for anyone looking to make this! Thanks for the tut man :) Two Deadpools gonna look even better at PAX !
