Marvel already had Nighthawk. He's the "dark knight"of Marvel. Been around since the late 60's early 70's and a whole JLA. The Squadron Supreme/Sinister,the original team was very cool

Lol it left out the part where Goodnight wore Deadpool around as a cape for a while after he took out all his bones, it was both awesome and hilarious 😆😆, I always enjoy any opportunity to see Deadpool in horrible pain😌😌

Man deadpool's one of those morally grey characters even tho wade's motivation was to no longer kill people without any reason and be a better person? I mean didn't he also took contract from the clone of Cable and went to kill innocent people cause his daughter's life was at risk? Was there any moment when Wade realizes his actions were wrong or what it feels like to turn his words against him?

Yeah he isn’t morally gray at all, Wade is a fucking asshole and he knows it. He blatantly says it. Just because his actions sometimes end with good things happening doesn’t mean he wasn’t selfish the entire time and did it for the right reasons because he clearly didn’t. Even with D&W, Wade is doing this PURELY for selfish reasons and not to save any realities on a whole; or so I assume, he literally says to Wolverine “I’m doing this to save everything I care about”

If killing dozens to hundreds, if not thousands of realities, means that Wade Wilson gets to keep fucking Death and have his daughter, he’ll do whatever it takes. Wouldn’t be the first time he killed an entire universe.

I think with him having full knowledge of the writer it would be safe to assume that he would believe that it's the writer's choice to keep the character dead

You left out a really great fact: Deadpool did not just live in hell for a while, he fkn tortured the hell out of Mephisto (by annoying the sht out of him). He basically out-Mephisto'd Mephisto. I fkn love Deadpool so much.

DP has never been a character to overstay his welcome. No writer has ever written him to go beyond plot armor. The stories with him are consistent to his core principles as a character. I mean, sure, you can read issues where 50% of the panels are corny af but never to the point of boredom

Mephisto knows Wade will just jump into the fire if given a simple option, no trickery needed. Plus Mephisto knows he can only take on Wade using the rules a contract ever since Wade beat the shit out of Mephisto during the 2012 "Soul Hunter" storyline.

This is why indie comics are better

Warda Wilson makes 1000% more sense as Wade‘s daughter look-wise than the other. Warda looks disturbing with scars and all, which makes sense considering Deadpool looks like a disgusting monster. Yet you have the other not only look black rather than hispanic, she is also dropdead gorgeous when an adult while the only thing she inherited from him was coincidentally his perfect healing factor with none of the drawbacks. You can tell *immediately* who’s the token character

Deadpool's appearance is due to his cancer and regeneration going Civil War in his body, and last time I checked while the trait to have cancer can be passed on in DNA, being born with active cancer cannot.

@@DWN9 Wade isn’t *only* having Cancer now, his Cancer became so rabid that the healing factor who *kills* Skrulls because it’s healing way too much is being held at a standstill which led to Wade‘s entire body being transformed into a walking tumor

Another Batman reference in goodnight’s backstory is that his parents were killed after leaving a theatre, just like Martha and Thomas Wayne

I felt bad for good night, idk how but whatever dead pool does alway is sad and makes me hate him, its like rare to be sstisfired in what he does , but still i cant hate this characters for some reason

I need a story where deadpool actually deals with the consequences of his actions, painful ones at that, cuz we are suppossed to believe that wade just like peter always get the short end of the stick but I've seen plenty of stories where wade does whatever tf he wants and unlike peter who makes one small bad decision and the universe literally takes his world away, wade gets to walk away just fine everytime
