I know it doesn't fit the mood of the review, but I wish you actually said the reason Deadpool is different to the rest of 4th wall breakers: he's a tragic character that only uses the self-aware comedy as means to cope, that's why that scene with Take on Me playing in the background was so well done, it showed everything Deadpool is actually about, even if you knew he wouldn't stay dead, the execution made this movie something never seen before.

As he said in his "Emoji Movie" review, many of the movies he does have a nostalgic element to them. Deadpool comics have been around for over 20yrs, so these movies do have somewhat of a nostalgic feeling to them when those fans remember when they first were introduced to the characters that appear in the movies. The fans of the old Yogi Bear cartoons even had a bit of nostalgia, even if it was then trampled on, from watching the abomination of the movie.

The first Deadpool bouncetown perfectly. It seamlessly transitioned from comedy to action, to drama. but I think it may have been a lightning in a bottle situation. Kind of like the original Ghostbusters.

Man Deadpool, Rick and Morty, and Freakazoid all in one video? This might be my favorite thing that they've ever done.

That Ryan Reynolds impression is actually pretty decent.

Damn Doug and Malcolm did a great job as Rick and Morty

"Go to hell if you have adblocker" Hmm... I think the critic doesn't like adblocker.

No mention of how he was suicidally depressed after his girl died, and he found a way to cope by building a new family? Or that he thought that he was sacrificing himself, no matter how obvious it was that he wouldn't die, so the character still earned his resurrection, no matter how cliche it might have been? Okay. I mean point out the fridging of Vanessa and the cliches, but at least acknowledge why they are part of the story.

AJ Universe yeah but doesn't the ending of Deadpool 2 (which I haven't seen the movie yet but got pretty much spoiled by this review, my fault of course) end with Deadpool reversing time and saving his Girlfriend "from DYING" just completely throws away any character progress that Deadpool went through in the movie, just..... Messes up the immersion of seeing all the scenes of the movie in the first place?......

Phobos Maelstrom you might be half right, but still... there are Deadpool fans that know that Deadpool is more than just comic relief and I even I realized this by just watching a review of a Deadpool fan pointing out that the Deadpool video game was a very poor Representation of Deadpool, sure, Deadpool is comic relief, but he's also a person who has Cancer that "never" goes away due to the fact that his Cancer cells regenerate whenever he's close to death ( Edit: Deadpool is a tortured mercenary who goes to pain not only physically but more mentally, he's a guy who just wants love outta of people and to be understood by people, and it doesn't help that he can't never die.... that alone is tragic as all hell.... immortality speaking, can be a b#tch.) But anyway, simply put tho, people should consider knowing about Deadpool more as a character and his background than to just misinterpret him.

AJ Universe yeah ok but, the ending really really, kinda ruins the whole idea of him meeting Cable, the Kid with Fire abilities, and New Characters, if Deadpool could've just stolen Cable's time travel device and just saved his girlfriend in the beginning of the movie, simply put tho.... time travel can really, really make moments not make any sense if time travel in stories, movies and shows, aren't used and executed the right way. If anything tho, the show of "Rick and Morty" doesn't use time travel in their episodes at all cause the creator of the show just plain out says that time travel can be confusing as f#ck. Course I'm not exactly quoting the right words he said, but yeah he pretty much thought that time travel wasn't a great idea for his show and his staff thought the same too.

I never understood why people say the changes being reversed make the story weaker. I mean I do get that it dimishes the impact some amount for the VIEWERS, but if the characters maintain their memories of all that happened and their character development is not ALSO reversed, that means it HAS a big impact. On the character. Or do you think the fact his girlfriend died once didn't affect him when it did, an didn't left a lasting impact on him even after reversing it? Something like that is a traumatic experience for EVERYONE, no matter if it is then erased. People need to take into account the perspectives and experiences the characters go through and not only the story.

Eh. He's just doing a more sullen devil boner voice. Except for the fake burps. I have no goddamn clue what he's doing there, but he shouldn't have done it. It was weird every time.

Those opening credits tho. XD

sometimes reviews like this are off putting, with the sketches in place of the actual film clips, but it can create some truly hilarious moments too xD and this was one of them, love this review so much, it was thoroughly entertaining and funny

The charity thing at the end of the video for the troops and fallen troops was really sweet and made me tear up. Thankful for everything they and people like them do. :’)

I really wanted a freakazoid mention in this video and I got it. And so much more. Was it good or great?? "Yes"

I hope we get to see Deadpool and She-Hulk break the fourth wall together in Avengers: Secret Wars. It would be so hilarious. Like Deadpool saying “Hey, you may have broke the fourth wall in the comics before me, but every likes my fourth wall breaks more than yours. You think everything on your Disney+ show was genius?!”
