This video went a lot longer than I expected. I've heard about this game for years but never took the time to actually play through it and wow it is a mess technically. - The game would crash every 20-45 minutes with a Runtime error so it became a question of not if it will crash, but when? - Random frame drops where the only solution was restarting my computer - Not being able to aim very high or very low - Screen is randomly very dark but flicks back to normal after a side quest is completed - Game crashes when alt+tabbing from fullscreen - Game crashes at certain points in the game through a cutscene - Chapter 9 crash that corrupts your save file (Thankfully didn't run into this) I'm glad I was able to experience the game but I would have rather just watched the cutscenes instead of playing through all of this.

Thankyou for recording this, the other big upload of this game is clearly a PS3 emulator with a lot of stuttering.

Were some of these cut scenes cut out or redone in the Nintendo Switch version? Some of these early scenes look totally different but this game is like a fever dream so maybe im not remembering it correctly.

Okay so MASSIVE SPOILER WARNINGS but basically the real identity of the body that Francis York Morgan is in is actually that of Francis Zach Morgan, which is why people are confused whenever he introduces himself and says "but call me York", because his ID actually says Zach (just an inference). You find out that Forrest Kaysen or however you spell his name kills Zach's mom when he was a little boy, and sickened with grief, his father killed himself, which caused Zach to dissociate and forcing Francis York Morgan to break off and take control of Zach's body. Basically, Zach has dissociative identity disorder and until the end of the game, is sort of "asleep" inside of his head while York, his protector, takes control. York does everything for Zach because the two of them share a body and are best friends-- because they know each other best. York is constantly telling Zach that for an example, Emily has feelings for him instead of York. It's honestly really sweet because all those conversations where York looks like he's talking to himself, he's actually talking to Zach who's just sitting in the back of his mind. If you're wondering why Zach doesn't ever just take control whenever he wants it's because dissociative identity disorder doesn't work like that. It's a mental disorder that can be very random and alters can front or "take control" randomly, and it took Zach YEARS to finally front (as seen in the ending and whatnot). By the way in the beginning of the game when York is on the phone talking about how he got his gnarly scar near the edge of his forehead, that wasn't from a crazy woman or anything that was from when he and Zach were traumatized as children. He most likely unintentionally made that story up to rewrite his memory because in order to keep him and Zach safe from horrifying traumatic events. I hope that clears some stuff up and if you have any more questions feel free to ask because I LOVE this game SO much
