It was a properly executed remake and well done. Every other studio should strive for this level in a remake. I'd like to see them fix 3 so we can get a proper sequel.

@@akumaranjiro Just a custom one. I wanted my players to use the Survivors mechanic from Ravenloft as a group of "astronauts" that go to the Moon and explore it, and then the crew becomes "infected" by something along the way

Oh yeah, about the "infection" thing, I used the Delerium contamination and mutations mechanics from Dungeons of Drakkenheim

@@akumaranjiro There weren't encounters, I played with hallucinations. At one point a player mutated into a grotesquerie thing and I used the Delerium Dreg statblock. If I would run an encounter I'd use the Delerium creatures

It's so strange to think THIS is how the Ishimura is when there are no humans around Dead quiet, eerie - it's a ghost ship when you're not being chased by Necromorphs

Please please please remake 2 and 3 also I'm literally crying with all the nostalgia I'm having with the first remake right now, thank you all for working hard to revive the series I really can't wait for more. @DeadSpace

I know right? I remember back when I played the original that I thought that it must’ve almost been worse for her than for Issac or Hammond because sure, we saw some bad stuff. However she saw EVERYTHING that was going on around the ship. All the crazies babbling like lunatics, all the unspeakable horrors prowling its halls and the aftermath of an unending list of personal tragedies. That’s all before the Marker began to mess with her head and inserted her dead brother into the surveillance feed…

i loved the dead space remake and its my game of the year, hope this team does justice to DS2 if it also gets a remake

I hope you guys see this message, please please bring multiplayer for each remake if not; then coop!!!! Everyone says it’s the reason Dead Space failed as a franchise is because of multiplayer when it’s not true in the slightest. It was the direction of the story Dead Space was going. definitely completely change the 3rd game in terms of story and direction so the franchise can live on graciously. With this new remake you guys have proven this studio knows what they’re doing. The remake is a 10/10, please keep dead space alive!!! 🙏
