For the people who are wondering, most of these cases are caused by nerve endings still firing after death which causes movement of the muscle, it may take a while for the nervous system to die out and stop the movement. But in the case of chickens, they can still be conscious after they're main organs are cut off, the most famous cases are of chickens getting their head chopped off but still running.

For those who don't know in case ur wondering, what's happening is the muscles are contracting due to the presence of salt, muscles use sodium and calcium to allow for contraction and relaxation. In which an influx of sodium will cause them to send an electrical impulse to cause a cascade effect within the muscle cells, leading to what's seen here of the dead meat jumping or moving around. It attests honestly to how fresh it is given the cells are still active enough to contract when stimulated, although I can imagine it was pretty noisy LOL

how tf do people find this song scary, it sounds like a peaceful song thats just old and has bad audio quality

the reason why dead meat moves is because the flesh still has chemical energy stored in it, so if the neurons get activated by certain ions then it twitches and spasms.

Everyone, please know: THIS IS COMPLETELY NORMAL. Although terrifying, dead things can still move due to muscle memory! Even without a functional brain to trigger the event, muscles can still contract or stretch due to stored energy, which can be triggered to be realeased and make the muscles react when external stimuli is applied.
