You should hear the zombie sounds from Half-Life 2 in their original state. Valve reversed the audio because they felt it was too disturbing.

I always assumed the mutation caused the pain for the specific reason of luring survivors closer to it. Think about it, the suicider would benefit the MOST from people lowering their guard and stepping closer

Suicideers are scary

The mixed echoes groans and those infected are the most eerie sounds ever. Especially if you play DI Riptide and come inside apartments building which "sadly" ONLY contains aprox 19 mixed enemies and 1 special named bosses. So very unfortunate tho, ya can still hear those terrifying roars beyond the "main room" even with them already dead.

Tbh, Dead Island is the most realistic portrayal of an actual zombie apocalypse. Most likely an isolated incident and certainly no boss zombies lol just walkers, infected, and occasional thugs.

No series of sounds, grunts, groans, screaming or just general ambience was more terrifying than that of the Infected. If you heard their screams in a tight space, you were fucked

Thanks. I've been waiting for someone to make a video of this. Edit: While I'm pretty sure the Grenadiers use the same noises as the mutated scientists, no Wrestlers or Floaters? Edit 2: Some of these sounds are mixed. The Drowners (which I'm pretty sure are just Infected reskins) have Floater noises and the mutated scientists seem to have the noises of generic Walkers.

For some weird reason I hear this roar all the time while in the flooded jungle. I thought rams where not in the flooded jungle?

Can you get the rest of the sounds, the sounds of killing zombies, breaking bones, and chopping off limbs.

Mutated scientist is legit just DI1 walkers

If they could have sound effects like these in dying light 2. It would make the night time more scary.

Three quarters of the screamer sounds you put in don't appear in the game and are rather female infected sounds, although the screamers have some female infected sounds, they don't have this one for example 26:33 But the ones at the end are, yes, the screams of the infected, but they're also screamers indeed ^^ And 10:59 this is Screamers, it would be really nice if there was a new video with all the screams, properly classified, not forgetting the Wrestlers... But thanks for the cool video x)

Bit late, but those are marked as Other. The Screamers share some of their sound effects.

I'm trying to find this sound from the dead island game I can't remember if it was in the original dead island or riptide but all I remember is hearing this wierd sound it could be hear from across the dead island world it sounded Erie and I always wanted to know what it was it sounded like a huge boss or something I could never figure out what it was.

i think you mean the sounds that play when there's a group of zombies nearby, when there's like 3 or more normal zombies in one area, they make some big zombie boss sounding sounds if you still can play dead island, just find a group of zombies (preferably in the city of moresby) and stand away far enough so that they don't spot you, and get further away if you still can't hear it (remember that there must be 4 or more zombies, maybe 3 will do) and also the sound also gets quieter the closer you get to the group

@@Nedmarth I'm not good at explaining things sorry please forgive me. I definitely know what that sound sounded like considering I was a zombie killing machine. I would hear those groups all the time. I want to say maybe it was a actual ambient sound but I'm not sure. I remember I was in the jungle part where the biolabs were and I would hear it all the time it sounded far away but it sounded huge. It always scared me because I thought I would eventually end up meeting it but never did.

those sounds at 36:02 are far away infected sounds and aren't what i was talking about, but since you know what sounds groups of zombies make, that's ok and maybe you are talking about butchers? they can also make distant noises but by what i remember they didn't sound like what you described but they were only seen in the jungle and lab I've only seen it now but after that time the sounds I was talking about start playing

@@phoenix_fox7773 My favorite character in Dead Island is Logan Carter beacuse he has the best design ,his voice actor is David Kaye, best backstory and overral he is overpowered in Dead Island. I love Sam b, Xian Mei, Purna, John as well but Logan is too badass *I FIGHT WITH MY BARE HANDS IF I HAVE TOO* .I'm still waiting for Dead Island 2 even after 8 year's .
