Orlaith and Mollie, I lost an old friend on Thursday, the same day this beautiful song was released. Though he was born in the Bronx New York, his parents were Irish immigrants and two of the nicest people I’ve known. The Irish connection and your beautiful song are soothing my sadness. Thank you.

I'm glad that some even in generation Z can see that when you hear this you can see that the mainstream stuff you hear on radio is all junk.

Soft Rock is not normally the subgenre that this old metalhead reviews, but this is a song of such outstanding quality that I just couldn't ignore it. I first discovered this talented twosome from their street-busking vids doing old rock classics - and it became clear that they could do anything from Copacabana to Ace of Spades and do a good job of it. This gentle folky number soothed my soul. A must-download. My Score: Excellent 5*

They've had two songs in Irish tv shows already. Stamp on It was in a cop show in a pub scene and Red Button was on the closing credits of a show called The Lovers (I think that was the title).

This is the best song of 2022 and it has set the bar extremely high. Some may want Dea Matrona to stick to the hard rocking arena sound and others might prefer this beautiful softer style. I love both and I think what is going to set them apart is this variety. Hard rock, blues, folk, country etc. They excel at all styles and back in the day many bands did different styles on their records so I hope they stick to the variety. It is going to help set them apart from those bands that rock hard on every song or play acoustically on every song.

That's why most music of today is so horrible there's an agenda behind it. The musicians must be controlled at all times to indoctrinate the masses with their music.. so they lose all control over what music they sing so they can't be creative anymore.
