Yo, Vinia Mojica never had her own album, but she still managed to make my childhood that much better just doing the hooks. She was like the female equivalent to Nate Dogg in the 90s.

Really though, what I meant was earlier on Nate was the same way, almost exclusively Death Row/Dogg Pound affiliated artists. In the 2000s he started branching out doing songs with other people but until about 98/99 almost all of Nate's hooks were with closely associated artists, like Vinia with the Native Tongues.

so the fonda rae sample was not really a sample per se but a replayed bassline that Marley Marl did of fat rat. you can totally tell this is Marley Marls style in the mid to late 80's.
