U gotta get sent in the rooms wen u fighting ares then after the group beat him you will get a cutscene and then u can go to the locations

Yo Balkan, did the door open up for you for that last investigation? After I beat throne I couldn't get back in to get the investigation. when I got teleported I was able to get only 1 investigation and 1 briefing but not couldn't find my way around to get the last investigation.
