They should make it to where you can do the stabilizer fragment mission for every character you have. Either by having the first character getting the full amount of fragments and every character after that a lesser amount (for example for legendary players the first one gives 6 and every character after that gives 2), or make it to where the stabilizers and fragments aren't shared, have each individual character have their own stabilizers.

Yes from the Broker if you are Legendary. If you are F2Play play the stabilizer mission and open Shazam TC.

No. No episode needed. But you have to buy the cowl from the Market place. Unless you get the Future Flash cowl.

When you get 15 fragments it creates a stabilizer automatically. You do not need to do anything.

There are even other DC Universe Online KZreadrs who complain about it to how there's not enough ways to get enough stabilizer is quickly to open the capsule because you can only keep it for 14 days... I had to spend 20 bucks just so I can get enough quarks so I can get Red Death armor that kind of it should not happen that you can't legitly learn stuff in game through stabilizers... Even companies like Ubisoft they are getting into serious trouble for doing the exact same thing. I'm just saying if a currency is available through in-game and premium while you earn it endgame it should be easy and not f****** hard to a point where you say f*** it I'm just going to spend my money

@@DCUOMultiverse Daybreak could easily make it if you are a member DC Universe online that you get additional stabilizers the whole point of spending money for the memberships that you posed to get additional benefits versus a free player... they could easily make it where if you are a member you get one free capsule to open up

The aura I have is the Sparking aura. But I think you mean the material with is the Phoenix material that you can get from Booster Gold.

Same brother. You also can't get loot twice from free/paid episodes, (especially raids) unless the Loot Lock resets which is 18 days+. You'll also have to buy replay badges in order to get loot from playing it again, Or just wait for half a month till the loot locks reset.

The Stabilizers??? you can get some free... or you have to buy them. The Loyalty Points??? you cannot buy them...... you get 500 Loyalty points every month if you are a subscriber.
