Nah. I won’t be doing that. I could spend some money but not all.

Tbh i'm really enjoying playing this game again. I've gone from a level 1 character to a 250cr character without spending any money in the game, and still performing. It's not paytoplay anymore, now it's just quality of life improvments and access to styles and the market. So i'm gonna pay for membership in order to fund the overhaul project, they've earned my cash.

facts 💯 I just started playing a few weeks ago thanks to my nephew and its a dope game. I've been playing for a few weeks and I have a CR of about 340 and haven't spent a dime! 😂

That's awesome =) & Welcome back! Ever since they made all the Episodes Free to Play, it became possible to play the game without spending tons of cash. Although, if you want extra perks, like more inventory slots, bank slots, broker slots, cash limit, cash trading, quick Artifacts levelling etc. You will have to pay for membership. So don't buy membership just to fund the overhaul because they have around $50 million saved from Marvel's cancelled MMO which they are going to spend on DCUO now, hopefully. Fingers crossed xD

kinda sucks that there isn't linear progression in terms of story after level 30. The game just dumps every available episodes/events/alert on you all at the same time

I agree. In Star Trek Online you can play the game in order. In DCUO it seems like "well, just go play all the episodes released since launch in any order."

@@ryanarchuleta6231 not really bc u can't do it in any order. Your CR has to be high enough therefore it's structures its story based off your gear level, u can't just go to a random episode after lvl 30 and expect to survive and do just fine in it if it's late game content. So there's still a structure of sorts ...it jus gives you more options so u don't only have to do one thing to farm/ progress further in lvl to be able to continue the story. It's not like Eso where u can start the game and go wherever in the map and play whatever content you want whether ur playing content with people that have 1000+ hours in the game and you may only have 5-10 Or ur playing with people that also only have 5-10 hours in the game

thx for the vid also its 158 or around there as the amount of source marks needed to buy the full set of cr55 gear from him at least the normal gear didn't add up the role-specific version of it also cant wait for the feats vid

You will prolly wont have to buy the whole set of CR55 gear as you will also be getting loot drops. So buying two to three pieces from vendor should push you to next tier. 😊 But once you have reached max CR, then farming source marks and completing gear styles for feats is the way to go. Takes around few thousands of source marks haha

Press J on keyboard for PC. For PS, it's start button, and then using the shoulder buttons to cycle through menu.

It’s tough when not many people are active on Switch

I haven’t played since 2013. Are the tactical mods you get out of your lair still important? Cause those cost source marks as well and I didn’t want to waste marks right after hitting 30 if those are outdated and useless.

Go to House of Legends, find the GIANT tower in the middle. Access it. Its actually a teleporter and you can use it access all DLCs openworld areas.

Please make a vid about how to get all pet and where to go to unlock it for all tiers. I’m a new player in 2022 trying learn everything from 2017 vids please I would like to get the mother box tier 3

Most of the pets drops from running content or you can directly buy it from the vendor of particular DLCs. For example, T3 Mother Box you can buy from vendor in Patchwork themyscira 'after' completing all the content including the elite raid.

I'm a new BS player but I'll say it feels kinda bad that I'm content with how my dude looks at level 20 and have no urge to go after any styles. Granted I'm just "cosplaying" and I had my guy pretty much set from the very beginning....

Should I directly start to upgrade according to my role ? If I wanna go healer, should I start right at lvl 30 ? Won't this be harder to do solo missions ?

I just reached the 100 Gear level but I still miss something: Are the Quest of the hall of Doom useless? Because there are many warps where you can complete quests and i can't understand which is better for farming. So basically, are those quests worth to do? I ask the same question refering to the death metal Washington DC's quests.

Open the custom queue and see the Tier list. That is how you should follow the story line. There will be many instances greyed out which means your CR level is too low to access them, so you need to run the "last" and "highest" instance in tier list. Get gear drops from there, get currency from THAT episode and buy gear from the episode vendor. Repeat the process until u reach endgame content. For death metal quests, since you are only 100CR atm, you can only access the "event" version of death metal quests, keep doing it to get some extra gear to get your CR up. But save the death metal marks for when you reach 350CR, so you can buy the endgame gear from Death Metal DLC.

To farm source marks, walk in FOS3 raid. Takes 5 minutes to finish, gives you 10 source marks. No locks. So you can spam it. Tons of groups in LFG chat are spamming that mostly.

Im sorry to tell you but right after I commented, devs nerfed FOS3 😂 now it gives 6 marks only. But still spammable. People are furious, you can check the forums.

What i most liked about this game was the story. Then they freagmented the episodes in a bunch o ramdom missions with diferent numbers of players and out of order. That ruined the game for mim. So, no, the game don't begins at level 30. It actually ends...

Is there no more main missions after...?

After level 30, there is not just one storyline. So depending on the DLC, your main missions will keep on changing.

Open your journal. Check all tabs, missions might be hidden. If not, then visit all police stations or night clubs, depending on your faction, look for the gold exclamation or green question marks signs over NPC. You might have missed something.

Is it just me or does it feel like the open world is pointless after finishing the main story and hitting level 30? It seems like all there's left to do is just play missions from the on duty thing.

Open world is not useless. It is along the story line of each DLC. Also, it gives you sense of freedom to move around freely and explore the environment. Don't forget, there are hundreds of feats in open worlds. 😊

From what I've seen the Open World is more for "hey, look at me, I look cool" more than anything else. Or someone standing in the same spot letting a bot farm for them.

Yeah. Just didn't wanna promote what is not intended, that might get fixed soon too. Also you will miss almost every feat, styles, briefings, augs etc. If you level up that way. 😊

Sadly i do think they patched that method because i haven’t had a single drop of gear in that area. But ive been doing omni raids that do drop gear so that yeah!

Every video I look for is like a minimum 5 months old and outdated, they also all say the same thing, I know how to gear up, wat I'm trying to find out is wat I do once in geared up, wat are elite raids and alerts are those the "real endgame" with actual difficulty? Wats the deal

First, 5 months old video is not outdated. Even some stuff from 2 years ago is not outdated as DCUO is not upgraded or changed every few months. Elite raids and alerts are just difficult versions of regular raids and alerts. That doesn't mean its the end game content. Endgame content will be the latest three DLCs. So, as of today, endgame content is Episodes 41, 42 and 43. Hope this clarifies.

@@iEddyGaming it does thank you, and idk man these 5 month old vids telling me the money cap is 50k for f2p players and I'm sitting at 1.2 mil with no cap in sight so I'd say they a Lil out dated lol can't find anything telling me wat f2p players don't get, as far as I can tell I can only not MAKE leagues, can join em, just can't make one lol
