Wow ! One would get totally claustrophobic in 6 feet wide ! I would just buy a damn mobile home and live in a trailer park instead of paying that for a 6 foot wide home. At least you get 12 to 16 feet width out of a trailer lol🤣🤣🤣. I am so glad that I am not coming of age during this time frame. Back whenever I turned 18 and moved out, rent was $300 to $350 per month. $275 in some places. The place looks cool inside and everything. But I can’t even imagine spending that kind of money on something so narrow . Families would end up fighting because they were tripping over each other inside of that place. People would have to take turn to walked down the hallway or across the living room lol 🤣🤣🤣. I can picture of family making a chart of time frames when each family member member is allowed access across the room so that they don’t trip over each other lol 🤣🤣🤣. I actually own a 1985 mobile home and a house that was built in 85. What was paid for both places doesn’t even equal a 10th of what these people are having to pay now days to live. The pay rate hasn’t increased enough to reflect the cost of homes now.I honestly feel sorry for people trying to buy homes in this market. Even here in Tennessee, the prices have gotten ridiculous. Wish I could go back in time and buy land like the old timers told me I should have . Of course when I was young , making $6-$8 per hour, I thought $30,000 was too much. Couldn’t even afford that when I was young . 🤣

Right ! It’s not celebration worthy that someone would have to work their guts out to pay $600,000 for a tiny home . This one literally is tiny . My Mamaw lived in a small mobile home her whole life , but we always had family get togethers there . We’d all have to struggle to move in there . But at least her trailer was 14 feet wide ! At 6 feet , even most adults men would break their necks if they fell sideways in this place . And it’s being celebrated that it’s ONLY $600 grand 🤣

This is absurd. No parking space and neighbor's garbage cans within feet of the back door. It won't sell to anyone who has that high of a budget.

The price is right? Is she high?

Pay me 600,000 and I'd still think hard about moving to that cruddy city!
