WTH....this should have never happened! Both the SS and police should have discussed the security sectors and threat areas prior to the event happening. All the streets and buildings in the surrounding area of the event should have had security coverage and/or been blocked off. The coverage should have expanded to at least the maximum firing range of an assault rifle. Hand guns are are only effective at close range. This guy looks like he was in the effective firing range of an assault rifle. I think they got too comfortable with that environment. Unfortunately, the ball was dropped by a few people which may result in several firings.
