I was rewinding the vid to see if they were in the box with Penguin. That would've been the selling point for me! lol

The page punchers supes wave reminded me why I loved the line I loved the brand new sculpts, the interesting character choice, the little repaints, I’ve become extremely picky from now own, although I did regrettably pick starfire up as she is apart of the only team I’m actually building and my favorite team in all of comics

This format works great! Whether people like it or not, you're just saying what a lot of us are thinking as we pass on a lot of these figures. I'm sure the completists are a dying breed when it comes to this line. On another note: Did you get your Ramen Racer yet?!

Oh, and that Brainiac is dope af. I really like interchangeability/modularity and assymetric designs help catch the eye.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but platinum is not going anywhere, they seems to double down on it. There are going to be more platinum variant like the blue knightsend Azbat and more platinum like the catwoman. It is going to be frustrating as hell

Thanks for the shout out! The Page Punchers waves have been some of the most exciting figures McFarlane has made since he got the license for DC. I understand the frustration with repaints, and I do my fair share of complaining about them, but I'm happy to have nice, well articulated versions of characters like Zsasz, Cassandra Cain Batgirl and Penguin. The old Mattel Cassandra Cain is the most poseable option up to this point, but she's dinky, costs an arm and a leg and still isn't that poseable. In situations like that, I'm more accepting of repainted figures. 🤷

Did you see Todd's last interview with Shartimusprime? He was trying to talk Todd into doing pinless joints like Jada Toys' Street Fighter figures, which I think are great.

Personally I think they should get the molds ready, open preorders and then go with whatever is ordered then over produce by a thousand or so, so stores can get in on it too. That would eliminate sell outs and peg warming for the most part

You nailed it. in the past 6 months i've moved on from mcfarlane to other brands. Even the new darksied has bane's arms. his legs and arms don't match. it's mind boggling they can't give us one perfect thing. especially with a figure that is guaranteed to sell out.

I’ve really been on the fence with McFarlane in the past year. There’s a lot of repaints, watered down lines and the all the more pain in the arse preorders. Don’t get me started on his Superman offerings. All of them suck but two figures have good face sculpts. The Action Comics Superman with breaking chain gimmick and the Superboy Prime have had the best faces. I ended up popping the Action Comics head off the reused body and putting it on TDKR Superman body. Looks great. I wanted to get the Zsasz because I’m a fan of the Norm Breyfogle run on Batman. No go. I do appreciate the wired capes on some of the recent releases, still the cannibalism of characters and misc items is egregious. He’s doing well on the Batmobiles, except for the Tumbler. Size is right but the proportions and details are off.

Blah that Platinum Batman was mid for me since I can make my own wired capes, as well as the Digital figs they do suck but I want all my Batmen Figs.

I know how you feel. Since I dropped mcfarlane more than one year ago, I have been more happy with the new lines I collect now. It would be cool to see what you do posing other figures with better articulations. I love the DC universe, but I'm not going to come back to mcfarlane

I like this format to show several figures in one video, but I definitely enjoy your deeper review videos even more. Thank you for pointing at the stupid platinum chase versions, the useless NFTs and how overpriced the collector's editions are for what they are.

😂 I do have fun going hunting for platinums … that’s the fun part…!!! That’s the whole point of a platinum to make it hard to find . It’s too easy to just seat your a$$ and order online … To me is a great idea … get this generation out from the retarted phone 📱. I agree the collectors edition is not there yet … they need to up the quality if they keep charging 10$ more than the regular versions

You're one of my favorite reviewers. Your customs are f*ckin' right on. (I build a lot of terrain and scenery for my figures and indulge in occasional character creation too!)

You haven’t released any content in a while so when I saw that you posted a video I was pumped. Then I watched it and it was well kind of a downer of a video. Again m, you’re allowed to feel that way you feel about McFarlanes recent business practices. This new video was just for me had a lot of negative vibes.
