Tough one this, couldn't find exact replacement and with the metal case limiting options I used this part from RS

If you cut off any plastic extrusion there is just enough thread that pokes through to screw the nut on.
The shaft was just a but smaller than the knob required so I used some metal tape around the shaft so the knob collet had something to grab hold of. It is a bit plasticky so I let's see how long it lasts for!
