You can go on many of the boats, especially the ones in the Convention Center. As you get to the bigger boats, you may have to register and have a broker give you a tour. Some boats only want serious buyers. Some will flat out tell you no. Walk around, enjoy the sights, and ask politely when you see something you really like. You're bound to get on a few of your picks!
