Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart(s) and mind(s) in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Even when your mind is jumpy and everywhere, you can try journaling your thoughts and prayers to God. I have been doing this lately, and it makes me feel like I'm sending letters to my Best Friend. ❤ And Kyndel's right, let GOD do His thing. ❤❤❤

Some verses that help me when I’m feeling afraid are: “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” ‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭7‬ ‬‬“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”” ‭‭Joshua‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬ ‭ Praying that the God of peace brings you strength, courage, and comfort as you take this next step. I know He delights in you just bringing this before other believers and asking for encouragement!

I am so proud of you Kyndel, I’ve stayed along on your socials for a little over a year now, and I see so much progress in you and the things you’ve been producing, I just want to encourage you to keep going and that you are seen and that you are loved🤍 I’m glad that the Lord is truly working in you and through you. Normally after church, I eat at home, but when I do go out to eat, there is a restaurant in my small town called The Lamplighter which I usually get there pancakes. Also I get really bad cramps and ibuprofen doesn't work for me so my go to is pickle juice. I highly recommend because it will stop my worst cramps with just a few sips in like 30 seconds to a minute and a half.

When I lived in Indiana it was a 2 hour drive to the beach which we called “the dunes” and even that drive we’d make several times a summer! So worth it! ❤

I actually work at a Mexican restaurant and after church i have to head right there for work, but i love eating their chips a salsa when its not super busy😂❤

My favorite place to eat is at my churches student center on Sunday evenings, we have Sunday Supper. Ever week either a local restaurant brings food or a group cooks for all of the students at my university! I love your content on KZread and tiktok 💞💞

I live by the Gulf of Mexico so I go to the beach often but never been to a lake beach before. You could tell me it was real beach and I’d believe you😂 Also thanks so much for the cookie recipe😍 and your desserts at the party are SO beautiful!!

The Ikea retaurant for Swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes, its the only place my fussy kids will eat 😄 I like to have a cinnamon swirl and a decaf espresso there ☕

Tbh I usually eat home on Sundays. My husband had the luxury of eating home cooked meals while I grew up eating eating out almost everyday 🤣🫠 so he would like to make some steak and eggs that’s his specialty haha. But if we go out maybe at Dennys 🤣 everywhere else is expensive we can’t afford it

Don’t really eat out after I go to church but I like chipotle!!

Wow, that lake is amazing! It really does look like a beach 😮 I don't eat at restaurants anymore. It's just out of our budget, so we cook at home with the occasional Costco pizza or Taco Bell here and there. If we were going to a sit-down restaurant, though, it would probably be Bamboo Grill 😊 @rainbowpolishlove

I haven’t gone to church in over four years, my family left the church due to personal problems They were having with the church and as well walked away from God, leaving my family to become lukewarm. when we did go to church, we would always go to a Chinese buffet would always get chicken nuggets and ice cream cone. I was young to understand who God was to worship him, but I knew he was real was when I really found myself connecting and learning about who God was and begin to worship him. It’s been a year since I have been walking with christ. it’s certainly a journey. but I know that it will be worth that end. @jacki.lop3z
