Oh, my you peeled all those raw chestnuts! Next time either cut a line or X on the flat side and either roast or steam them before peeling. If I really roast them (like overcook them), sometimes the fuzzy paper like skin covering can be rubbed off with a cloth, but usually I have to peel them, but they are not that hard to get off.
