Much recommend trying Barry’s Bootcamp! I did my first class near Victoria Square and I was SOOOO slow! I think they said if you are slow runner go at 8mph for the sprints and pretty certain I was doing 6.5mph. But then as time went on I actually built up to sprint at 11mph! And I HATE running. But the amazing music and the vibes and I love the strength work on the floor to break it up… and the smoothies at the end are just delicious!!!

Didn’t forget about the tour, SO excited xxx
