The struggles us humans go through on a daily basis are so often hidden behind false exteriors. The more we understand that the struggles we all feel but so rarely talk about are brought to the attention of others, the more we can help each other through the bad times. And, boy, the bad times are sometimes truly awful. A valuable and brave video to make. I know how hard some days are. I know how many times I have considered not being around for the next one too. Keep going, Andy, there is a path out of this. At least I hope there is...

It can be but also it can be the smallest thing that eases you back and allows you to function normally again. I usually just wallow when it hits knowing eventually something will bring me out of it again. But it does slow everything down. Hope you are doing well mate

Hi, Andy. A very interesting video: a cat and dog (and photographer) story. My head mithers me incessantly - over-thinking; mis-thinking; under-thinking; worrying etc and it can be paralyzing. I'm not as bad as you, because I seem to be able to make-do with tea and biscuits, rather than a lie-down. I hope you have a good few days, if you can. Also good luck with that horrid burn (!). I was interested to see all the work you put into your newsletter - wow. It takes me back, too. I realise it is electronic but resembles a paper one (and could easily be printed as such). I thought everyone had switched to blogs on their website now but good to see the older art alive and kicking. I'm not sure it is an example I would wish to follow - I have an idea of the work involved. Then again, it is a very impressive showcase and may well enhance appreciation and sales. emmm? These Behind-The-Scenes vids are a fascinating glimpse into your life, show your lovely dog (and cat - sorry I'm a dog man, myself but a lovely cat also) and, very importantly, show everyone something of the work involved in what you do, as well as a deeper appreciation of the man behind the art. Take care, Andy. I wish I could say "don't think so much" but that would be facile, so I'll just let you know you're not alone and, in one way or t'other, we are all prisoners of our brains - at least the people who think much at all are. Thanks so much Seb. Yeah the newsletters are loads of work and I HATE writing as it takes me AGES, which is why they are sparse in their releases... I have tea and bicuits all day every day so they don't have any effect 🤣🤣

I'm lucky: I love writing BUT newsletters are a very different thing, as you say, loads of work. Sorry you are such a tea and biccies addict. Heck, I probably am, too. As ever, thanks Andy and good luck. (NB Your March 2022 newsletter cover "History of Darkness" shows that, like Beethoven, excellence comes from adversity but I still wish you much greater peace.)

Andy, I just watched this vid and many of your others mate...firstly you a awesome photographer..your images blow me away. Mate I Struggle daily with a missed up Head and many times , I just cannot get anything right from the midst simple things....I stress about eveyerthing...and I'm so so sorry that your Head causes you such hardness....I hope what I've wrote is okay.. But even at the worst times mate ..Tomorrow will better and if not tomorrow then the next. I truly believe more and more people now accept and understand that we all struggle at times .
