Days Gone is more BRUTAL than I thought
Ойындар
Whenever I play Days Gone I'm reminded just how underrated it truly is. I love this game and for all it's flaws, it's certainly one of the best zombie survival games out there! I only wish they would greenlight a sequel. Leave a like if you enjoy the video and subscribe for more. Thanks for watching!

i really love this game but the story is far from fantastic. fantastic means freaking exceptional, a masterpiece. do you even know what the word means? the story is very LENGTHY and has great characters but that doesn't make it fantastic. don't confuse the two. as mentioned below, there are way too many plotholes and some of the twists and turns and revelations are just way too good (or you could say lazy) to be true. i'd say it has a slightly above average story but only because it is so long and some of the chars are really interesting. also, the world building is great. you definitely get a lot of story for the money, that's for sure
This game is in my all time top 5 hangin out with Witcher and Fallout 4- it's that good. I've replayed it around 5 times I think, I just love the horde mechanic, pure genius. My advice to new players is try to get 4 small hordes as early as possible, this will get you "Hordekiller". It's an end game weapon that you will never take out of your immediate inventory. It helps with taking out the larger groups in the beginning of the game when you have limited ammo and no RPD or Chopper.

Dude, I have watched you review lots of games with your friends...Jack Fraggs, Stoney and others. But, I have to say that nothing compares to your single player reviews. Your commentary, and the the emotion you share of your experience with these games is unique. I've played this game several times and, in my opinion, it's one of the best I've ever played. I'm a biker myself, so this game really strikes a chord with me. The only thing better than playing this game myself, is watching you play it, and listening to your remarks as you do so. Your accent, I think, might be a large part of it. Awesome accent, by the way. I'm in Winder, Georgia, not far from Stone Mountain, which I assume is where one of your friends is from. Every time I play one of the 'Sniper-Ghost Warrior' games, I imagine you as the voice of 'Control', instructing the protagonist on the next mission. You should consider playing a voice actor in a video game. I'm not trying to be a 'Fanboy', although I am a fan. You just have so much fun playing these games, and it shows. It's also contagious. I laugh right along with you. I have to hand it to you. You are a much better player than I am. But, I am 68 years old, and missing the use of my left eye, due to Glaucoma. I still play video games and I still ride my Harley. Being single has its perks. Excuse the long comment. I just wanted you to know how much fun it is to watch your version of a game review. Much success, my friend. Ignore the picture attached to my comment. I was 19 when that was taken.

This is one of my favourite games of all time! Days Gone is phenomenal and it’s CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED and deserves its trilobite originally planned. Finally Sony made a game for me and I loved it but sadly it’ll never happen again. Sony would rather fund horizon zero interest 🤦🏾♂️🤡

I don't know much about the game or the story other than what I've seen on Tomo's channel. While the game is stunning visually, the thing that's blown me away is the voice acting and the seamless yet natural dialogue; if I close my eyes I could easily fooled into thinking this is a show or a movie.

That ending, chefs kiss. And yes Oregon and Washington look like this if you get away from major cities. Check out the town of Enterprise, Wallowa lake, and the Eagle cap wilderness area. Closest commercial Airport is in Boise Idaho, or Portland Oregon, about a 4 hour drive away. If you ride a motorcycle or like to drive for scenery, there is a 4 or 5 day loop to hit most of the diverse landscapes in the Pacific North West, including the continental divide and Yellowstone. The PNW has everything from thick forest mountains, expansive plains, painted canyon hills, desert flats, and my favorite majestic high altitude panoramic mountain range views that let you see hundreds of miles across the state.
Tommo the edit with the song at the end -damn near cinematic man. Keep up the excellent work.
Yes Oregon does look like that. Experience: Born and raised in OR. Keep in mind there's a reason it's so green in the valley.. it rains a lot.
I've recently just finished my first playthrough of this game, it was fantastic, great story, mechanics, graphics and music, the acting is absolutely top notch, especially the main characters. The voice actor for Deke nails it especially well, from all the little comments he makes when wandering around to the larger conversations, great actor.
I really hope you continue with this series, I'm having a lot of fun watching it!!

My favorite days gone moment was that I was searching for a hoard at one of the 3 locations for about 10minutes, then randomly I saw some random people shooting at some deer and then low and behold over the horizon like 28 weeks later comes the hoard that I have been looking for and just annihilate those guys it was hilarious!

Has Coast, mountains, forests, Deserts, valleys and grasslands, volcanic ring of fire that created the lava beds sea of lava state park.. vast wasteland of lava rock surrounded by massive volcanos and active hot spots. Endless forests and mountains, rivers and streams too. Way worth checking out. Highway 22 Eastbound is a Bikers paradise, so awesome!!

What an ending to a Video, great outro!! Gave me chills.
I love this game so much. It’s so funny because I saw the e3 reveal back in I believe 2016 or so and was so excited, and I pre ordered it and completely no life’d it and beat it the first day it came out, which I believe was April of 2019. And all these years later it’s still one of my favorite experiences… it’s so cool to see so many new people find this game and enjoy it over 3 years after it’s release. Because initially everyone hated it, and I felt like me and a few of my friends were the only ones who actually loved it! So it’s cool people are starting to realize the game is a true gem!
I'm from Oregon, and can confirm, it does look like this. Not in the Willamette Valley, where Portland is and of the people live, but in the central part of the state. I hope you do make it out here someday!
Love watching you play this game!
Great video, I'll watch as much as you post on this game. 👍
Outro to this vid was pure pleasure. Great job💪
1:30 At this position, always look on the minimap. If there is a cross indicating a lootable body, that means there's a wires across the road. Other very often spots for regular happenings are the bridge you crosseed just before that - if you have a question mark, there's a survivor with a marauder under the bridge. At Crazy Willie's, no matter from what side you come, srtop and check behind the dropped sign on the curb, if a guy is there, it's an ambush. After the tunnel you first pass on your way to Willie's at the start of the game, right at the sign, at the lake on the right, often Marauders with hostages. Other hostage points are the peer at the power plant in Cascade and the dirt road on the right side if you leave Lost Lake through the marsh. Very often you will find a sniper ambush on the truck above Marion Forks not too far from the building you find Sara in. And the last thing that comes to mind is the gas station at lost like, like with the Ripper ambush, cross indicates wire.
Please keep playing this Tommo!! Love ya
Amazing edit transition for the song at the end 👌🏼 looking forward to the next one!

Recently finished this game. after completing everything I reset all hordes/nests/camps and tried using new tactics to take them out.
