This uni summer holiday do outdoor adventures (from teens up to 19), to learn the skills needed to survive and thrive outdoors, and learn self-confidence in a different and exciting way. During your uni holidays, film your experiences. Learn bushcrafting, direction-finding, situational awareness and self-defence. Do this so you can encourage your followers, but importantly to better yourself. It's a challenge, but I know you'll be great! I'm a widow with four feisty daughters; I'm teaching them many of the skills I learnt during my 30 years in the Armed Forces. I was a naval doctor and now a trauma surgeon for an air ambulance search and rescue charity, and I do it voluntarily.
