Used to go to Southall a lot especially when I used to live in London, mainly to get some delicious street food and now and then sit in one of the restaurants but nowadays I only go there after coming back from my holidays abroad at Hesthrow before I drive home along the M1 for120 miles North of London

In our case, it's the polar opposite. After we come home from our holidays we hold off until we really miss Indian food and then rush over.

Eailing road in Wembley is better then Southall, Wembley and harrow in general I feel have better restaurants, as main population is from Gujaratis from east Africa, the food at most of the Indian bar grills is hotter and spicer

Haha no it’s not ! Some of the worst Indian food in London ! You can’t compare Southall restaurants to Ealing road places, it’s like comparing chalk and cheese !
Its more Little Pakistan now , it was more mini Punjab in the 70s and 80s
