    Thank you for making and for sharing the video. Nice BTS and riding footage. Maybe next time you might try to explain a little more in detail about your training program. What you do and why you do it etc. What specifics that you might be trying to improve upon etc. Good luck at the Worlds. Stay healthy and injury free.
