i'm lactose intolerant to certain things but everytime i eat ice cream i think of Dylan Lemay. you're my favorite youtuber and snap star and i'm subscribed to a lottt of people on both platforms. i've always thought of working at an ice cream shop and it's been because of you and how fun and interesting you make it look! It's OK to be slow at a new job. What's good is that you observed his technique afterwards and realized what you did wrong. It's probably because you've been working at ice cream shops for so long. I wouldn't have thought to look at the person's technique. It probably would have taken me a long time to figure out. If I ever get another job that requires me to prepare any type of food, I'll remember to observe the person's technique.

I would probably label stuff. I used to work at a ice cream parlor and I would have to scoop stuff frozen to the bottom of the barrel. It was not fun. My arm would always be sore after shifts and sometimes not using your dominant had to scoop was hard because your other arm was sore. But we would get left over ice creams that were messed up.

It looked hard to scoop the ice cream, at least you tried it out. ☕️

2 gallons of coffee ground ice cream I would rather be the scooper because I've volunteered at places that serve food before and I have to scoop food into boxes. I found out that I'm rather good at it and I enjoy doing it. I also found out that I am really slow at closing boxes.
