yo so im a 16 year old at 192 lbs and on the bulk still, benching 285 squat 335 and dead 450 im starting to get big too, on that grind and i love it, the gym has got me through hell and back, i hope you keep locked in, from a small creator to another, AMAZING vid quality, keep those cals up, maybe no running in the morning unless you got 165+g protein in a day or itll eat your muscle away faster than u can get it (i tried xc and bodybuilding at the same time once) only tips i got for you man otherwise keepo it up, and pass this motivation on to other people, get ur friends in tothe gym whatevr it takes, lock in

Yo keep puttin in work I’m 17 years old and 140 for sum reason bulking kinda hard but I’m pushing through I bench 205 squat 265 and deadlift 300 if u have any tips for me for bulking pls let me know
