New subbie!! First, love to see a fellow black woman SW!! Currently working in substance. Chile, I completed my MSW practicum with DCS custodial and non custodial sides. They offered a position and I said no ma’am lol that on call AIN’T for the weak! Keep doing the work for those babies!! 🖤

I have no idea what i want to be im 21 right now working at subway!! And i wanna start looking into colleges, im into phycology and learning about children birth to elder, and ive thought about, pediatric Occupational therapy, or work in foster care!! But i have some learning disabilities and not that great of a communicater and im always anxious but those aren’t excuses.
My sister is a Case Worker as well.
I get it, I do medical billing and coding and I have my business as a loan signing so it get it long hours.
