Great Q&A answers! Cause I’ve been struggling with getting my RE online courses done being a mom and having a full time job and trying to stay in the gym lol and your goal setting strategy made sense! Ugh it’s so much to do lol. Love seeing you grow though. Keep it up.

Thank you! ❤️ It is so much to handle OMG, I totally get it! But take it step by step, prioritize and block of times on your schedule for everything you need to get done. I would start by blocking off your work schedule and planning everything else around that. Don't forget to block off time for yourself and self-care 🥰 I wish you the best!

Great job on this video it’s amazing to see how far you have come so quickly. You obviously put in a lot of work and effort into everything you do like your social medias. I just started watching you and I’m interested in becoming an agent too 🤞. How rewarding has the career been? Do you ever find yourself thinking about a different path or has real estate been good to you?

Thank you so much, Joel! 🙏 Being a real estate agent has been extremely rewarding in so many ways. I am very grateful for it all. However, I do not see myself as an agent "forever" or long term. I see myself being involved in real estate but not necessarily as an agent. There are so many other things I want to do. I will say this, I am where I need to be right now and can't wait to see what the future brings 🥰 I hope this answered your question 👍

I’m also located in florida (Daytona area) and i’m on the process of getting my license as well, i’ve been watching your videos for awhile now and was wondering how the industry is treating you? Have you seen improvements in income over the past couple years? Are you getting more stable business?

You got this! I’m about to take the exam for the 3rd time next week. Definitely do what ever practice questions your course provides and maybe look up some in depth explanation videos for topics that are a little hard to conceptualize :) prep agent is an awesome one! Good luck!

Confidence comes from preparation. ❤️ Lexxi's tips are great! Do your best, practice a lot of questions, use graphics, flashcards anything to help you pass. If you do not pass, that is okay too! At least you will get your score card and see what areas you need to work on. Hope this helps! Good luck! 🥰
