Watching herebebarr doing laundry and moving around for grocery and coffee is so much refreshing. Thanks for this real to the bones sneak peek of your life! Also, Adriana is amazing.

Avocados, where I live, is $.89, and salmon is $7.65. I moved from Brooklyn to ct Hartford area. My expenses when down by 50%. Now I can get the whole cart filled with groceries for $60. The cart encompasses meat and fish and vegetables and fruits. It's nice to go shopping because I need to drive where ever I go. I live near rural roads relaxing driving past farms and rivers.

It's amazing how we all do the same things just in different ways no matter where we live 😊

Even doing those things is fun in Brooklyn haha. Except when it's so cold 😅

Cute video. I grew up in PS in the 70s/80s. It was a cool neighborhood then as a kid. It still is…my family has lived there since the 50s

We were in NYC for 6 days and had the best time ever. Totally different life compared to FLorida. Love! Love! Love this video! It shows how living every day life in NYC really is. I feel like seeing these types of vlogs help people who are dreaming of moving to NYC know that living their dream is possible. Most movies and TV shows only show the fantasy life of NYC and not the reality. The reality is even better than the movies. You two are awesome, an amazing beautiful couple. Using carts for shopping brings back memories of Ocean Pkwy trips thru Ditmas Ave to Waldbaum's supermarket (probably out of business). The only difference with Park Slope - we got an elevator, so the third floor was not so bad.

I grew up in Park Slope so seeing you walk down the streets of my stomping grounds was a treat but then again all your videos are a treat! I enjoy listening to you speak and find your videos always insightful! Love how you and Adrianna do your own thing but yet are still together doing it…. Lol! So sweet💗 I’ve since moved out but go often, last week. I hung out in Coney Island and ate tacos from that spot you mentioned in another video 😀 Keep making us smile, thanks!

In London and UK it’s unusual not to have your own washing machine which is usually in the kitchen unless you have a utility room. It always strikes me as very American going to the laundromat. 👍🏼😀

It's funny you mentioned the aisles at the grocery store. When I got back from New York at went to a Kroger in Texas, I literally noticed and said something to my wife about how WIDE the aisles looked. I bet they are over 8 feet wide here.

The one thing I loved living in Park Slope was the Fall Season. Prospect Park is amazing... The colors of fall are what I love! I am a fall baby... Born in late September. My wife was born in mid October! :) To Libras in balance! PS - I have everyone of those albums shown on that Stoop give away.. WOW!

I lived in New York for a year and I got so used to walking everywhere that when I moved back home, I chose a town where I can still do most of the essentials on foot, even though I have a car. Walking to get groceries, get coffee, run errands, etc. is an underrated aspect of keeping yourself in shape, besides eating healthier home cooked meals.

During the pandemic, my wife was working from home and I was not working. 7:30 reconcile accounts. 8:30 get downstairs to laundry before housekeepers, 11:30 make my wife her a quesadllia, 2:00 to Fairway, C Town or corner store and wine store, 3:00 to Carl Schurz. 5:00 open wine (used to be 7:30, drinking way too early) 7:30 cook at home. 8:59 out for second bottle of wine (again, start too early now)

I thoroughly enjoyed this vlog style. It makes me feel closer to you guys. My husband and I don't enjoy watching much of the same types of movies or YTs either. We generally watch a few in common favorites on YT then go our separate ways to watch things for the rest of an evening. We've been together for 35 years and are still best friends so it's OK to have different tastes and time to ourselves. TFS!

I loved this video. We visited NYC for the first time this summer and I would love to live there.

I lived in Brooklyn for 20 years. I like these videos showing me how you both live. I can tell you stories about old NY that would shock you. A token for the subway was 15 cents. A glass of coke was 5 cents. My Father paid 90.00 per month for a 3 bed room apt. I graduated in 58 from high school. I could not live in Brooklyn again because my walking is very limited. This was such a neat video! I don't think I could ever live in NYC I'd miss the forest too much LOL but I can't wait to visit! Adrianna's art is wonderful and lovely to see her on videos as always. Such a neat glimpse into a daily life in the this area of the city, it didn't have that hustle and bustle that seems more common in Manhattan. Would totally be interested in more of these kinds of videos in the future! Maybe even some seasonal ones!

I used to drag a cart upstairs until online shopping was invented! Exhausting stuff. In Australia most apartments have laundry taps (faucets) inside, so we rent or buy a washing machine and do our laundry at home. Much more convenient than going to a laundromat.

Up early checking phone and video popped up. Very good. Yes narrow supermarket aisles are the norm. Shopping carts great to use. I finally live with a laundry in basement in Murray Hill. I remember carrying down bundles when in the village..One day you will have -save your money for now. In my building some people have a laundry delivery service even with a laundry room. That is crazy. Prices for food off the chart! If you have any green markets and your schedule allows support them. Yes putting together videos takes hours! Thanks for channel. I think you and Ariel from Urbanist should do a joint video for both channels. I think it will help both of you and I don't view as competition. You can pick up more viewers . Trying to think of a topic- maybe ways to save money and time in NYC. Video can be geared to new residents and natives like me. Where did you meet your wife?
