Yep I have a consistent salary that does not change (until you renegotiate your contract). Then on top of that there's additional money for CME (you pay and it gets reimbursed). There are bonuses also for performance if you meet a certain #RVUs or see an average of 19 patients/day. There are bonuses for meeting quality metrics also. But say you never met those marks you will always get your salary, which hopefully is already competitive to begin with. Hope that helps!
