Would never have guessed that Jay was going through such a difficult time with his mental well-being😞💔 just goes to show that you never know what someone’s going through. In the small snippets of your life we get to see he always seems in such high spirits! Well done to him for reaching out for help, sometimes that’s the most difficult step💗

It's so great to hear jay's struggle with mental health. I think it's so important to show that men suffer too and that it's ok not to be ok. You guys are an amazing family. I love watching your tik toks and videos if I have spare time.

Pops I use the olaplex shampoo and conditioner and saw a huge difference with my hair growth. Although I haven’t gone through the hair loss after having a baby yet so I’m not sure if it’s good for that🙃 your hair looks unreal though. Suits you so much dark and shorter😍 Well done Rosa you clever girl!!!👏🏽☺️

My daughter started teething at 2 months and it was so difficult I started rubbing her gums with the baby milk teeth toothpaste and just rubbing them with that seemed to soothe her a little more if you haven’t already tried it, it may help 🥰 mum of 2 under 2 here so I understand the daily struggles, you are doing a great job 💞

Mielle rosemary oil works WONDERS! Pop it on your scalp for a couple of hours before washing. Few months and you’ll notice a huge difference! 🤍
