I think you're right about seaweed - I'm going to look into it. I'm guessing it's along the lines of kelp or sea moss. Is it something else? I'm thinking of spirulina for my face, but I feel it'll irritate - so I haven't yet. I do avocado + banana + coconut oil. It's an elixir of life!
