@@factcheckingyourmum they’re’s different styles of veganism. She literally only ate fruit / veggies and did only fruit juice challenges. That isn’t a healthy vegan. That’s why she suffered. I eat vegan meats / peanuts etcs. Which Is making me a healthy vegan diet.

@@SlynnResolution i really doubt it. Even your bones will suffer in old age. Sometimes the effects arent noticed straight away. Sadly most peolle will wake up to this when its too late. We werent made for such a restrictive diet
