I think Parviz Ghazi Saeed's books are the best fantasy stories ever written. The books are awesome and every moment and every chapters of books are incredible. I would definitely recommend his books, because it keeps you reading without ever wanting to put the book done. By end of the books you come to love the characters and want to read more. I have depression , and the fact that people wake up like this and do things with no problem is so weird but inspiring to me. I cannot wake up in a positive mood. The longest I can hold a positive outlook is around 3 hours. After that I’m back to feeling like my old self. I aspire to be this positive and happy one day. Here’s to the future. Xx

I've been there and it's solvable, I promise. Therapy + medication (if needed) makes a big difference. People who understand you and support you too. It does not have to be like this!

You could always work on CBT techniques to help those negative thoughts from creeping back up. I am not always positive, actually I'm not exactly fluffy and bubbly but I am not sulking much anymore. Baby steps.

For me it feels so surreal that there are actually people like this, that always seem so positive and motivated, of course i know that they aren't always like this and they also have their off days but still it feels so weird to me how different she is compared to me, I'm not depressed or anything it's just that I'm really really lazy and to think that there are people in this world that are actually like this and they can get up in the morning with no problem, be in a good mood and actually doing something feels so out of order to me. 401 likes?!! MUM, I'M FAMOUS!!

I swear you just need one day If you wake up with the mindset that you want to be that ideal self , outline what you wish to achieve You can do it! Ruby said this wonderful thing that if you give the day that kind of importance like it matters, then it will. Learning is a bigger high than any other trust me

I think its more about getting excited about your work. Ruby keeps saying that she likes studying and doing her work. I think if she would be bored with it and didn't like it or didn't see the purpose, she wouldn't be doing this. But then, Ruby is very productive, it's really impressive how she manages to stay on top of everything.

I don’t know why but I find that clock timelapse so satisfying lol

I think this is the first time I'm so early. Anywas, I don't know if you will read this but I found your channel while I was recovering from some mental health issues and you have inspired me and motivated me to become as productive as I once was, I'm really grateful because even after I started to improve my mental health I felt really lost and I wasn't sure if I could get my life together and do everything I wanted to do, but thanks to you, I'm slowly finding joy in studying and doing what's best for my goals!
