@@AlyseParker Self-care is ultimately all-care. One tip though, you might want to think about increasing calories a bit if you start running a lot. So we dont end up like we did after 32,5 miles 😅💚

I'm just like you when it comes to writing cards. I love sending and receiving mail and I think it's a form of expression fallen by the wayside. I can't ever see myself not writing cards so it's something I plan on continuing to do as it brings me joy.

I just looked her up on here cause I saw that she's promoting the carnivore diet, where people only eat meat and animal products (no plants whatsoever) which is incredibly dangerous. Risks include nutrient deficiencies, digestive issues, heart disease, high blood pressure and cholesterol, kidney issues, and the list goes on and on but you get the point. I wonder how many people developed health issues from her promoting unhealthy diets in the past, and how many more will this time. They're all going to have clogged arteries and blood clots.

I use Dr.Eric Berg's electrolytes. I plan to just start consuming salt when it's gone. I like the stevia in Dr. Berg's which doesn't cause cavities cuz no sugar. I'll check out the ingredients in Element.
