Gotta agree. I do watch a few KZreadrs with Bushcrafting too and honestly the feeling seeing videos after hard day spent in work with absence of some blabbing, just the guy and nature it's amazingly refreshing....

I watch these with a plate of fruit in the morning before I go to school. Right now is a very stressful time for me, and these small moments in the morning before school with these hiking videos are what keeps me going sometimes

Did that same path nearly 47 years ago. Made the mistake of pitching a tent in a basin. Had record rainfall. The creek that I jumped over on the way there was a raging River on the way back. Thanks for bringing that memory back to me.

Dear Kraig, thank you for inspiring me to create my own hiking KZread channel! I've been into hiking and climbing for years and just like you am coming from cinema background and still working in video production area. But I've been aimlessly and rarely shooting videos that barely captured the soul of my trips..(with a lousy gopro that kept freezing in cold) until I come across your videos. It was a sudden bright flash appeared in my mind and I told myself "This is it!". "This is how I should combine my hobby and my work!" In an instant I fell in love with your storytelling and style. I started making similar hiking videos in Turkey. I grabbed a Sony RX100 VII and DJI Mavic Air 2 and went out to hikes. It felt like a therapy. I added things from my perspective too but I still say I'm very heavily influenced by you. You are my hero, thank you for the awareness. I have the attention span of a Golden Retriever puppy, but no matter how long these videos are you always manage to keep my attention, and of course, amaze me.

All i can think about when watching you walk (especially far away from the camera or across a lake) away from the camera is you having to come back and grab it and then go again. So worth it for these shots!

Thank you for keeping the beautiful, peaceful content coming. Everyone is paying to watch TV that makes them depressed, and I'm just sat here enjoying life and getting inspiration for my own content.

You have the eye of an artist.. watching your vdos is nothing less than art in motion , invigorating all senses , even though I can’t smell the air , the serene vibes that seep thru your videos are enough to make you feel elated ...

I would give anything to have a really big picture of the lake and trees on each side at 0:54. That was absolutely fabulous!!! I hiked the Enchantments about 50 years ago, and what I remember most is that we had to buskwhack it straight up the mountain for about a half hour.

I always feel like I'm able to go on the hike without doing all the work when I watch these, so thank you. You're giving many of us an opportunity to see parts of the world we never would

Also, does anyone else feel depressed when a Kraig Adams’ video ends? I just want them to last forever 😭

Yes! Long day-hikes are the best. You don't carry so much weight and therefore you can move way faster. It's also healthier for your back. Can't wait to see more of these! Cheers for the bavarian food and drink!

Agree. There is a kind of balance to his videos that is hard to describe. Every cut, all the color grades, all the angles and the different music seem to be in a golden ratio to each other. I don't wanna know how long he spends editing these.

I live in the Seattle area! Enchantment area is always fantastic. Quick note about Leavenworth that I thought I'd share. The reason it is Bavarian themed is actually to save them from going bankrupt! A while back they were in a tough spot so they decided to have the town themed Bavarian to bring in some extra money. So no, back when everyone was Going West there was not a German couple who came and established the town. Kinda funny, always a great place to get a good bratwurst. Glad you enjoyed it Kraig, loved the video!
