Blessings! May your final pathology show clear margins!! As soon as you are able to stretch…do it! Especially with taking all you lymph nodes! It’s important to keep that arm strong! It can’t prevent lymphedema but it will help you. By the way, I lost 7 lbs with my double mastectomy! Which I have put back on. Lol! Again, blessings!!!

I understand you watching the videos Sarah I did the same thing before my op!

The only sign of my BC was a small pucker in the skin of my boob. I ended up having 5 operations and had a double mastectomy. I also had Paget’s Disease, cancer of the nipple, which is not so well known. Please be vigilant and check yourselves regularly. Sending much love for a successful surgery and a good recovery. 💕
