Watchtower Online Library is good too. You can switch between 700+ languages. There is a sync button along the top of each page. You can search pretty much any topic in English and find exactly the same material has been translated paragraph by paragraph, so you can see the exact thought/phrase in context.

I use Wikipedia to look up the titles of books that have been translated into foreign languages. For example, I enjoy mystery writer Dick Francis. If I want to read one of his novels in French, I need to know the French titles of his books. I looked him up in Wikipedia, scrolled down the left side and selected Français, found a book I like (Nerve), saw its French title (Panique au pesage), and ordered it on Amazon France. I could also quickly see which of my favorite books were probably never translated into French, saving me time looking for them.

Tim, I had thought of this earlier and it's great, but there are a couple of minor issues. The articles in different languages are not translations of one another, are created and edited independently and therefore have different contents. I looked for web pages where you can choose from a set of languages from a menu at the top and they provide identical info. A few examles are USA Hello, official website of the European Union, Wikinews, note book check, moodle and dream glass group. I didn't provide the links because that may cause this comment to disappear so anyone interested should just search using those as keywords.

No. Some Wikipedia articles have more information in one language than another. For example, the Wikipedia page for the 10th president of Finland might be longer and more detailed in Finnish, than in English. Sometimes Wikipedia pages are directly translated from another language, but this does not mean that the results are the same word for word. You should not try to use two Wikipedia languages as translators for each other. Use a dictionary/translator instead.

No, each article in each language was written by different writers, so the articles are worded differently. Also, a long article in one language might be a short article in another, as what's interesting to one culture might be less interesting to another. So you can't read the articles in parallel between two different languages.

There's a problem. Wikipedia doesn't always have perfect translations. I tried looking up "legal tender" in Persian and the translation 🤣🤣🤣... Iranians will think you're crazy. Then I looked up "water feature" in Chinese, the translation... Chinese people thought I was crazy 😂. So take wikipedia terminology with a grain of salt.
